    When you buy an expensive watch, the service can be great. If you have any issues, generally, the staff will do what they can. However, when the watch is under warranty, and the supplier is unable to repair or furnish a software update to fix a problem, the staff will try to do what they can to get you a repair or replacement . However, if that new one is still faulty, under the warranty , the staff want to simply wash their hands of the problem. They will have nothing further to do with it and inform you that they are simply the middle guy.. you need to deal with the company who makes the watch directly yourself. How awful for my such a supposedly high-end business.

    My mother had her rings cut off here today due to swollen fingers. The level of care was amazing! It was very professional and I cannot thank the lady enough that did it (I think she was the manager). Also the guy I spoke to on the phone and the lady who took my bill were great. Thankyou.

    I’d been shopping for a watch for months and couldn’t find one that suited me anywhere. I phoned up this shop and spoke to Kay who was absolutely lovely, perfect service all around and walked away with the watch I wanted. Couldn’t commend Kay anymore, she was the most polite and knowledgeable person we could’ve ever been served by.
