My late wife bought some of this valueless junk & regretted it after. Even cheap gold from Warren James is better value than the tat sold in these stores
I popped into store today to find a gift for my friends birthday i was served by Katie who was so friendly and had the most infectious energy she helped me pick the perfect gift by asking questions about my friend and didn't try to push any sales (which I hate) she then also helped me with an issue I had with a piece of jewellery I already owned overall she made the whole experience enjoyable
Popped in today to check my bracelet size and the sales associate was so kind and friendly, I needed a ring sizer too which she provided and I tried a few rings on . Thankyou for your help x
I visited Pandora a week ago, and I was truly impressed by the experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered many knowledgeable and thoughtful suggestions, which really helped me make the best choice. I had several questions about different pieces and options, and they provided solutions with patience and expertise. Their genuine interest in helping me find the perfect item made all the difference. I left with a beautiful piece of jewelery and was served by poppy so thank you very much guys.
This has to be the most friendliest and helpful store I have been in. The manager Katie couldn't do enough for me, and the rest of the staff were lovely. I can't recommend this store enough. A large store, well lit and placed in the shopping centre. Plenty of well priced parking and easy to find opposite House of Fraser.

Please don not use this store.! The customer service is a disgraceful. I bought a bracelet and 4 charms as a 13th birthday gift for my daughter and unfortunately we were unable to open the clasp on the bracelet, I myself have one and also my other daughter so I am not stupid I know how to open it. When I brought it in today the sales assistant used a little tool to open it, I asked could she try without the tool, she said she has no nails, so I asked could she get a colleague to try, but was told they were all busy! She said they had no other bracelets she would have to search the showroom cases, so I said fine. Informed me there was none in the store,I said I could upgrade the bracelet as I spent over a certain limit and I was told "I can tell you now we haven't" without looking. I asked why she was being dismiissive? she said she was'nt. The sales assistant who originally served me came over and went on to explain that they had not had a delivery of bracelets.. I was told that I could go to Tamworth or Birmingham. She offered to phone Tamworth but not at that time, told me to go and get a coffee! I said did not want a coffee! She didn't phone as they would be to busy to answer! Eventually took my no. and said they'd phone me when more stock in. I asked for their telephone no. and she gave it me begrudgingly.. Decided to take myself to Tamworth, what a difference fantastic customer service, changed it and apologised on behalf of Pandora, I could open the clasp straightaway. Also in Sutton Coldfield the assistance told me they had new packaging as I commented what a shame it was't as pretty or expensive looking, that is just that shop as its a franchise! They obviously using cheaper packaging, as in Tamworth they use the original packaging. I will never shop in there again. Very unprofessional staff.
I've always liked coming to this store and have bought quite a lot of things from here previously. I visited this store last week Tuesday and had amazing service from the store manager Katie. She was brilliant to talk to and I would travel out of my way to see her. I hope she gets recognised on a company level - in retail I've never come across someone as warm, friendly and helpful as her. What a valued employee you have. Thank you Katie and I'll definitely be back to make some more purchases in your store soon
