   Lovely customer service on the fragrance department from Harleen, knowledgeable about the products she was showing and went above and beyond with offering gift wrapping service as it was a gift purchase. Very patient and not overly pushy which tends to be the case with a lot of other staff in department stores which has in the past put me off purchasing. A real asset to the company!

   Served in the fragrance counter by the amazing Grace !!! 100% needs a raise. Went in with three points; unisex, vanilla, not too sweet. Grace showed us the scent at the counter she was manning but when she saw that we weren't fully satisfied, walked us to another counter and sprayed the scent that literally was exactly what we wanted. Saved us 40 minutes and ensured it wasnt a wasted journey. A scent we wouldn't have even noticed otherwise and she knew exactly what we needed. Honestly would've tipped if I could!! Thank you so much Grace.

   Me and my daughter came here when we went Birmingham and it was great. It was clean and they had many staff around asking if we needed help. Even walking through the floor they were giving perfume samples. Almost all brands of perfumes and fashion have their presence in Selfridges .It is expensive but the products are good. Has many entrances so easy to get in.

   Selfridges is a great store to visit. From designer brands to food. Spent a good hour looking around this multi storey store. Although there's some lovely products here there not the cheapest. But if your looking for a treat then I'm sure you'll find something appropriate here.

   Me and my friend came here when we went Birmingham and it was great. It was clean and they had many staff around asking if we needed help. Even walking through the escalators they were giving perfume samples when you get off. It is expensive but the products are good. Has many entrances so easy to get in.

   A ginormous shopping place that has got a bit of everything right from costly designer clothes and boutique items to toys and home decors and chocolates. Everything in here was a tad pricey given it was Selfridges that comes with quality. Loved the cafe, and also the Krispy Kreme doughnuts and the noodles bar. Parking can be done in the adjacent building and can be accessed via an overhead tunnel which was really awesome.

   It's still good, but not quite what it used to be. I think it's less "kid friendly" and they focus more on the fashion side of things. Still, eateries inside selfridges were very varied and unique.

   We visited Dsquared2 shop in Conduit street London in 24 of December 2021. We came to the shop twice to buy a pair of Legend Sneaker. The staff was not helpful at all. The security man was polite and helpful. The shop is really nice shamed about customer service.
