An absolute gem of a shop, my mum and I visit every weekend and the staff are amazing! I only wish that all who visit there showed them the respect they deserve, they work extremely hard and in all weathers but the rudeness I have witnessed them recieve is shamefull. I saw a review moaning about the mess in the shop, that again is due to some customers who have no regard for items and allow their children to haul toys all over without any effort to tidy them away. The prices here are very reasonable and it really is a lifeline for many people.

The best charity shop to have a rummage, everything is cheap as it should be. I walked out with a whole bad fill for just £2. Staff are really friendly and seem to actually care, unlike other charity shops just in it for the money and profit now days!

I've visited the Seacroft reuse shop on many occasions most recently this morning. No smile, thank you or even eye contact on handing over your donation and the inside of the shop is disgracefully untidy. Presumably the staff are paid council employees yet their work ethic and customer service in no way compares favourably with that of unpaid volunteers in nearby charity shops. I'll donate to them in future.

Helpful staff, easy to use. There is the facility to take limited visits for DIY rubble and plasterboard - check website (at the time of my visit Aug 2025) the plasterboard skip was out of use. It's a pity the website doesn't tell you / give updates. Easy fix was a trip to Meanwood!

There is this African lady that frequent Revive Seacroft very often (almost everyday) and staff bring out trolley full with products, hand the trolley to the lady to pick what she wants before they allow other customers to it. This is really not fair as we are all there to spend out money. I drive all the way from Halifax to Seacroft only to stand and wait for staff to serve a particular person until she is fully satisfied before I can get to see new things brought out from store. I understand they can get familiar with certain customers by why do it in out face and make us stand there looking stupid? It happened 3 times when I was there with my friend today . This is poor customer service .

Was served by the rudest woman on till. Young woman, wore glass, sounded European. As I loaded my items, she gave me a dirty look and with the clothes she snatched them abruptly out of my hand and said quite rudely DONT YOU WORRY ABOUT THE HANGERS but as she did that her nail caught my skin and scratched/grazed it. I asked for a large bag to put my items in, to which she just tutted and told me no you should have brought your own bags. And the car park is awful and tight. I usually go to Kirkstall and it is so much more better and friendly, obviously staff training is better there!! Avoid this one, will not be returning.

You never know what you'll find from day to day at this shop and it's certainly true that one mans junk is another mans treasure!!!!! If your dropping off something at the tip pop in you never know you might find something you never knew you needed.

This is a great place! The staff are brilliant. So caring and I always enjoy a chat, although they're so busy! It's brilliant to see so much re cycling done and efforts returning to the local community. Such a worthwhile organisation. Always find a great bargain here. Something for everyone and great support for those on a budget making life that bit easier. Donations are always very gratefully and cheerfully received. Well done all of the team!

You can find real bargains here. All items cost next to nothing and it's a mix of everything from used speakers to never used picture frames, beds, furniture. Random mix.
