   Dropped off a parcel at this YODEL point. They didn’t have a printer meaning I couldn’t get my paper proof of postage. Now, I have to hope the £600 return gets back safe & sound, and if there’s any problems with the return I don’t have sufficient proof of return. A picture from your machine isn’t good enough. Don’t be a courier drop off point if you don’t have a printer. Worker wasn’t cooperative at all either. Improve your customer service skills

   100/10 young lad at till think I heard some one call him Dan or Danny but he was a star I could not reach top shelve for the blast car sprays and he sprung up in action and got it down for me without me even asking if I needed help polite young lad with very good manners then when it came time to pay he was very kind and asked how’s my day going etc which makes you want to come back as there treat u like there own in this shop compared to other shops u pay and leave 1000% recommended will be back

   Poor customer service! Chubby young man at the till was so rude no customer service skills at all. How in the world has this place been getting 5 stars?? First time I went to drop off my parcel and this will be the last.
