   I would like to thank the lady behind the counter at lunchtime today. I came in a bit away with the fairies after taking my son to the dr’s. He picked a bag of sweets for the hospital. I think the lady did a lovely gesture, I hadn’t realised until after I left. I think she knew we were a bit distracted. Thank you again and I’m sorry I didn’t realise.

   Good God. Never experienced anything so ridiculous. Usually, I have Amazon parcels delivered to a locker, I had to use their Pass the Parcel shop because the parcel was too big. Amazon didn't bother to give my any pickup codes for my parcels. Went down there, and they say I need codes. So I go back home, spend 20 minutes with Amazon. Amazon give me a code so I went back down there. Spent 40 minutes there watching the shop assistant aimlessly fiddle about with a machine. When the gaffer comes back, he tells me there's nothing they can do and I need two codes. I won't ever be having parcels sent here again. It's not worth the hassle!
