   Made to feel like an idiot for not having a receipt, also tried to tell me although I purchased it from next I didn’t. I then showed them the transaction on my bank account then they came back with it wasn’t the color I bought I do not take kindly at people raising there voice at me just wasn’t in the mood too retaliate a piece of advice to the managers would be to send your staff on a course to learn people skills I now have a gilet that doesn’t fit. Thank you

   I was the only customer waiting at the till while 2 members of staff complained that they didn't know how they would get so much work done when they had the till area to clear as well. I eventually was told to goto the end till by the customer assistant who when got there said I won't be long I will just hang these up and walked away from me. No apology. I left the items I was going to purchase. I don't think this is very good customer service

   The doors were shut to customers 1 hour before they were due to close. I only needed 10 minutes max in the store and preferably wanted to pop in then and there, but that wasn’t possible and I had to wait for another day.

   Good quality clothes, never had issues with every single one I've got from Next. My Online deliveries goes to the shop otherwise cost extra £4, so its better to pick whatever i order online from the shop.
