Queued 25 minutes at the cash only till as there was only 1 serving. I was only returning a pair of pyjamas as they were the wrong size on the coat hangers and there's no separate customer service till any more so had no choice but to queue.12 deep at this time 10.30, then a lady in a wheelchair appeared at the disabled till with her son and I was next in line to be served but the cash only assistant then said come to me next and I'll serve you! Without queueing they got served! The queue behind and me included were not amused. Not everyone pays by card. If you have a disabled till put someone on it. Absolute joke in there. Leeds branch, totally different, plenty of assistants and tills all manned.

What wonderful store. As a crossdresser I usually find it difficult to get clothes but no problem with this store. I can get Skirts and dresses that fit me and there is no problem me buying them. Also I can get all underwear as well. Such a great selection. Super shop and great staff

Extremely poor customer service – disappointed and frustrated. We purchased a pair of sandals from Primark and they broke after less than 3 weeks of light use walking round the school and playground. We returned to the store with my receipt asking for a straightforward exchange, but was met with rudeness and zero sympathy from the assistant manager Kasia Zempoti. Not only did she refuse to help despite the item being clearly faulty within a very short time—but she was also arrogant and dismissive, showing no understanding of customer care. She showed no interest in resolving the issue. Her attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a remedy when a product is faulty within 6 months of purchase. Being told otherwise by someone in a managerial position, in such an unsympathetic way, is unacceptable. I expected better from Primark. It’s not just about the broken sandals—it’s about how you treat your customers when things go wrong. Especially when you’re in there all the time buying. I’ll go to Asda in future

A jumble sale of poorly crafted tat. The items shrink after one wash, fade after two and to be honest I treat their clothes myself as disposable. Nothing is tidy in the store, the staff just wander around chatting when in all seriousness they could be making the store more presentable.

This was a massive store to go shopping in, with a large variety on including the different beanies! I found a suitably styled one as a present for my friend, priced reasonably at just over £3. Navigating around is easy using the signs and the staff were friendly at the large tills area, which features company designs!

We visit our local primark regularly. It's a big store there is plenty to choose from and lots of different sizes too. The staff are always friendly and it can get very busy but you never usually wait long in the queue and we recently found out that if you have a wheel chair or walking sticks they have a till specifically at the end of the tills to help you get served quicker. You can buy clothes from baby to adults men and women, homeware such was bedding, candles and pillows and you can underwear and makeup there is a bit of everything.
