Exceptional service Emma and Andy. Not only was he treated with patience and kindness, they went above and beyond to make a difficult time just that little bit easier. When staff offer to personally deliver the suit on their way home from work, you know that customer service is a top priority for this company. Everything was provided to ensure my neighbour looked his best for an important day. They even gifted him the cufflinks he took a fancy to on the day. Well done team Frank Bird for looking after him.
