   If I could give 0 stars!! They didn’t take the tag off a scarf and I gave it as a present to my auntie, she saw the alarm tag and said she can wear it like that and obviously doesn’t want to cut it and ruin it. I had threw the receipt and I went back to take the tag off and they refused! I just left it there you can enjoy it now! With my money you can enjoy wearing it if you accuse me for anything just keep it there! And learn how to do your job properly and take off the tag!! * she didn’t refuse to keep it so probably staff is doing this on purpose so they can get free things, very very bad! Also I went to hm today with the same issue and just took off the tag without seeing the receipt! This is how you do your job guys and fix what your mistake was! They also called me rude?! I don’t know who was rude and unprofessional but surely it wasn’t me

   Very poor service , the previous manager was great and very helpful smiled and chatty. The current manager stubborn and won't refund or exchange even if you got a receipt on top they accuse you of wearing the clothes! Customer service training required for some staff at this store . Won't be going to this store anymore !

   Visited the store a couple of days ago to do some last minute Christmas shopping for my wife and kids, the store was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. One of the sales member named Asim provided great assistance and help me find products which I had found online but wanted to see in store. He was patient and had a friendly demeanour. Overall I had a great experience shopping here. :)
