   After a few years of believing the big "chain" chemists was the way to get good service, I've been humbly made to realise this just isn't the case ! This Pharmacy may be small but when it comes to TOP customer service, they stand up there with the best. The prescription service is as fast and efficient as I've ever dealt with and their care of customers is spot on and ALL delivered with a warm welcome by all the staff there. It's been a tough enough few years with my health and having the Cottingley team with me has been a massive support..... thank you all !

   Fantastic service, My regular chemist who do a great job recently had trouble sourcing my medication, and them not giving me a timescale of when they could get my prescription ready I decided to give Cottingley Pharmacy a call I spoke to Zack and within fifteen minutes Zack informed me that he as sourced his suppliers and he will have my medication by the following day Zack seemed to go the extra mile for me and nothing was too much trouble, Extremely polite and efficient service

   Both the Post Office and Pharmacy in which it is located, have the friendliest and most helpful staff. They make a point of knowing your name which automatically puts you at ease and they get to know you without being overbearing, just enough to know the best way to assist and advise YOU as an individual, not just another customer coming through the door. I can't give enough praise... they make it about PEOPLE not just PROFESSION, they show you you're important! Diane Ayers.

   Know that everyone here works hard and I know they get a lot of stick for things which are beyond their control. They try to resolve things which aren't in their job description and more. The most complaints are regarding delivery. Carnt deliver medication like a postman and leave it. So nine out of ten are out. Then moan they haven't received them. So once again their having to deliver the same meds twice. Cottingley do a fantastic job so just remember they to help. Not to be abused.

   Many thanks for your excellent service. I missed a delivery of medication Contacted the pharmacy who were good enough to have the medication out to me with in 5 minutes of my call. Not only that the gent who delivered it did so with good grace and a smile. Thank you for not turning a drama into a crisis and solved the problem with efficiency and courtesy.

   Don't know what's changed here in the last 6 month's, used to be a fab little pharmacy, but the past 3 times I've been they've not ordered my prescription, blamed the doctors, said they can't order it unless I ring them (doctors) and find out why it's been held back - all excuses because they've just not done their job properly.
