   Decathlon bike workshop staff are absolute legends mate! The sign said "workshop closed" but security said I should go up and book in, so I did. When I got up there, I told the staff the problem and they immediately put my bike in one of their swanky auto stands and changed my pedals straight away! No charge, just "give us a review", so here it is. Such a pleasant experience, thanks so much!

   I got a new bike that was delivered yesterday but had some issues — the rear derailleur hanger was bent, the brakes were too tight (pads rubbing the disc), the left hand brake was for the front wheel rather than the rear wheel and vice versa (as far as I understood, it’s the European style, the opposite of UK style). James, the bike technician at Decathlon Leeds, was extremely helpful; he fixed everything in just 15-20 minutes and also installed a child seat that I bought from the same store. And he didn’t charge anything, for I bought the bike through the Decathlon website (although from a third party seller). I am extremely satisfied and will go back to James if I have any other issues with my bike. Thanks very much.

   I have great shopping experience in Decathlon Leeds. It have various types of equipments, clothes for various types of exercise. I personally brought tennis, squash, swimming, yoga, badminton equipments there and everything I had are still in use. One more important thing is the prices are very affordable! You can choose different levels of equipments which suit you best. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to start.

   Spoke with Anna at the Leeds branch after experiencing a voucher issue whilst trying to make an online purchase. I was not able to get the support needed from the WhatsApp agent but a quick call to Anna the Leeds branch she came up with an out of the box solution which resolved my issue and allowed me to place my order. Delighted to of spoken to her, a credit to the business
