Click and collect service is not bad however I think staff need some customer service training. Not sure if it’s my face but the energy towards me from one particular member of staff on the two occasions I’ve visited this store has been awful. She greeted staff with a hi before and after me yet I was greeted with a dirty look and she could barely bring herself to say thank you to me. I understand the pressures of working in retail at this time of year so I’d get her behaviour slightly if I was rude on approach but I have been polite each time. Not great at all.

Went in to get my son's Christmas presents all in one go. Happily shopping felt I was being watched. One member of staff wa following me and my partner round the shop as we was filling my trolly up with my son's Xmas presents. I felt so uncomfortable and I have never felt so bad in my life. When I went to the till I noticed a member of staff go to the door as in the stop is from walking out! Me and my partner are two hard working people who went shopping for my son for Xmas. This is how I am treated. Being judge for absolutely nothing. We are in a wonderful position to be able to fill my trolly up and to be monitored and watched and followed is absolutely shocking and I am so mad. It's so disappointing and disrespectful. Next time tell your staff to do this more discreetly.

Visit this store almost weekly, thanks to the joys of having children. Not that great, obviously the kids like it, but I just find it really boring. Computer consoles & games seem over priced, everything else is reasonably priced. They have sections of toys £10 or under if you're on a budget & areas for with reduced toys, which unfortunately is usually a bit of a mess & not kept tidy. Large range of toys though, which is good. Staff are a bit absent here. There's never anyone around when you want something but when you're just browsing there's always a member of staff in your peripheral vision. Maybe they're keen on shoplifters & not actual customers? Who knows. This store gets a lot of older kids arriving in big groups from The local colleges who just come in & loiter on their breaks, which to me is a pain. They get aggressive if you ask them to move & the checkout staff are helpless to remove them. Maybe the management here is weak? Because I don't see them either. Generally clean & obstacle free, except for the massive ladders which are always dumped conveniently next to the item you'd like to look at. Customer toilets are usually open for use.

Great toy shop with a huge range for all ages. The store is really spacious and well-organised, with two floors full of toys, games, LEGO, bikes, and even video game gear. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for, and there’s plenty of parking outside. Staff are friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable too. Perfect place for birthday shopping or just a fun browse with the kids!

Fantastic toy shop set over two floors. Has a variety of toys on display for children to try out. It does get a little crazy at times with youngsters flying past you on various wheeled toys. Ample parking at Crown point.

Plenty of choice for all age groups. The store at Crown Point Leeds is over two floors, with an escalators for easy access. Down stairs being anything from childrens electric rides, dolls, action figures, TV character sets, dinosaurs, hugh selection of board games to jigsaws. While upstairs houses computer games, games consoles, gaming chairs, retro arcade games to lego projects. There is also some baby products like chairs, buggys and baby pens. Smyths still offer a free take home catalogue as well as the online store.

Workers are clueless. Manager is racist and won’t let me exchange or return a newly bought item. He kept my product and didn’t give my money back. The managers name is Dan and workers gave me a disgusting attitude, definitely don’t recommend this service. I’m now going to go to court to get the justice. DONT BUY FROM SMYTHS TOYS SUPERSTORE IN CROWNPOINT. Such poor service. Once you buy an item they’re not willing to any further exchange or returns. They’re fraud. I bought 3 pushchairs and they’ve done nothing about it. Would honestly rate no stars if I could. No damage to the product and they said they couldn’t deal with it and if my previous product had some fault they said they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t damage from the manufacturer. They’re racist and useless.

Amazing toy store spread out over 2 floors. Something for all kids to enjoy. Worth a visit as you are most likely to get the toy you are after here and there are many ideas for presents.
