   Brought my husband's very expensive but out of warranty motorcycle jacket to LSR after discovering the company on an Internet search. The original zip on the jacket had failed and needed replacing. The motorcycle jacket company very kindly sent a replacement zip but we opted for a zip from LSR after a chat with the staff. The replacement is excellent and the workmanship on the jacket is faultless. Very pleased with the end result. The staff were incredibly helpful, and after a follow-up call to check on progress, the jacket was delivered the next day. 10/10 for overall experience.

   This is the 2nd time I've used this company and will continue to in the future if I stupidly damage my coat again! The turnaround is slow, but this is made pretty clear at the point of ordering. I think my repair was done in just under 60 days. The repairs are excellent, and when talking to the staff on the phone about an issue with my repair, they seem to be decent people who are just mega busy.

   I needed to have the Zip to my Karrimor waterproof jacket replaced as the zip slider had broken. I sent it by Tracked Mail and paid for the return by FedEx. They turned the repair around within three working days. The repair was top class and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism in dealing with it.

   I live near Brighton, i needed to have the entire zip replaced on my 1992 leather jacket. Miraculously I was recommended to use LSR and sent off my jacket with fingers crossed. A few weeks later it returned good as new. The workmanship to replace the entire zip is impeccable. There is no sign that the old zip was taken out and the new one replaced. A big thumbs up to the lady that carried out the work. Thanks again I am super happy. Philip F
