   Good equipment for hiking, pricey but worth the price. Let down massively by the boot/shoe section. I've tried on several occasions (more fool me) to buy boots but couldn't find an available member of staff.

   Had an absolutely amazing experience here with Adam from the ski department. Came in to get ski boots fitted, Adam took the time to go through all of the options and really explain what I should be looking for as well as tips and tricks to ensure the boots are looked after. I decided to get custom fitted insoles from his recommendation and I have never felt such comfortable ski boots! (Yet to hit the slopes but I’m sure they’ll do amazing)

   Fantastic service by Gem today in Snow and Rock, Leeds. Really knew his stuff and took the time to understand my requirements and issues, whilst adding relevant knowledge and information as to what I require, not only for my level now but as I (hopefully!) progress to ensure longevity of the boots I buy. Had a full custom boot fit including bespoke insoles and I’ve ended up with boots that cause me no pain and fit like slippers, whilst being tight in all the right places. Would 100% recommend him and the service. No more hire boot agony!

   Great selection of ski wear & but the mtb & Road bike section has gone so doesn't have quite the feel as before, but if your visiting locally or come from a distance the ski section is well stocked otherwise it would be 5✨.
