   Experienced reliable people, whose knowledge of electrical appliances is "first rate"!! And financially it's all "good" as well! I have just bought a reconditioned Bosch washing machine for £120 and it's easily the best purchase i have made in a while! Other top washing machine brands are also available including Beko and Miele. So on the strength of my recent experience, i would "thoroughly recommend" EZ Appliances"!!!

   Terrible experience unfortunatly. Cannot recommend. Unable to provide me with a basic invoice or a receipt for my purchase even after begging for one for nearly two weeks. One of the Ovens I bought had a missing bulb, the trays do not fit correctly and keep falling down it also has a massive dent in the top. The washing machine I purchased arrived faulty and it turns out the filter was blocked. TLDR: They don't appear to test or refurbish anything they sell. They seem to just wipe it down with a damp cloth and flog it on. Oh and they refuse to refund you if you ask for it.

   Looked at the previous reviews and made contact with Dave. I bought a good quality, good condition, serviced machine which comes with 3 months guarantee. Dave delivered,installed and removed the old machine. Arrived on time,brilliant service throughout. Highly recommend him.

   Very disappointing service under new management! I was very happy with an excellent service provided by David so it was very frustrating now. A new owner turned up with no tools to fix a jammed washing machine door, 2 weeks he was getting parts ready, another 2 weeks he had the flu. When he finally arranged a date to fix the problem he simply didn't turn up. After 4 hours of waiting for him he sent a text about being too busy. He also made very inappropriate comments via text. USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE!

   I rarely leave reviews and this one is a little late but Dave was so good to deal with and extremely helpful, delivering when we had originally arranged to pick up but then had a problem with our car. So on this occasion I wanted to make the effort. Tumble dryer just what we wanted, super clean and doing the job, nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend EZ Appliances.

   This guy is amazing. I’ve never bought a second hand appliance so was a little sceptical but I couldn’t be happier. I rang up on Monday morning and was told they had no washer/dryers but one would be in later that day. I got a call and some photos at about 4pm and it was delivered by 10am the next day. Hotpoint washer/dryer for £179, delivery £10, installation and removal of old washer was another £10. I even get a small warranty. Will absolutely be using them again. Really really really good.
