I've been here twice now and dealt with both Paul and Olly, and found both to be really helpful and friendly. They really took their time to understand my needs and make sure they were recommending the right product to me. I was so impressed to find out that they make their own vape liquids on site. Choose your strength and flavour (the choice of flavours is impressive!), and it's made up right there and then for you. Such an efficient and pleasant experience shopping here. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Went in looking to buy a new Vape as a aternitive to smoking. The owner stated that my old vape was no longer working. He was very helpful in picking out a good quality vape at a good price. There are a good selection of vapes on offer to choose from with knowledgeable staff to help you pick the best one for you needs. He showed me how to set up the new vape and also put the bigger glass in for me. He was helpful in explaining how to prime a new coil and he was paitient with me whilst I decided on what flavoured juice I wanted. After I made my choice, he explained that the juices are all made in the shop by them and they do not add sweetners or anything. Which has made the juice still tasting great without the sweet texture. Vape was £68 Juice was big bottle at £25 As of writing this review, I have had my vape for 4 weeks. I dont smoke cigarettes anymore and I still have half a bottle of my juice left over. Had an issue with the coil that came with my device. The coil got stuck. I took it into the store. They helped me sort the coil and gave me a free one as an apology. Prices of coils for my particular vape. £4 I was a bit iffy at first using this store, but now I am glad I did. 5/5. Across the board. If your looking for a vape or want to change, speak with the staff and they will happily help you make the best choice for your needs. The owner also warned me that 1.5g nicotine can be a bit harsh of the throat and he was right. I will probably go down a level on the nicotine. All in all. Huhe reccomendations to this buisness!!
Been my regular shop for years now, Staff always very helpful not like other stores where all they are interested in is upselling or recommending a kit that I do not need. All natural flavoured e liquid mixed and made by the business themselves! Nice to know what exactly is going into my juice. Always first place I recommend to anyone starting to Vape for the first time. Be sure to give these guys a look!
Moved to the ears a few years ago this is the only place I have found local that’s best for juice, No added rubbish, artificial sweeteners, doesn’t ruin coils. Every time I go in the gentleman is very helpful The loyalty system is a added bonus

Very bad experience with an employee, I asked him for some specific pods and litterally showed him my vape and when he gave me the pack I asked if it's the right one since it looked similar to an old version next you know he literally starts cursing at me cause I'm a foreigner. I walked out opened it and turns out I was right, he did give me the wrong one and I had to go get a refund, he didn't listen but wanted to get rid of me at first.
One of the best vape shops I've come across, so friendly and helpful, customer service was just faultless, they even cleaned vape!!!!
Very poor customer service. I came in to enquire if a particular product was sold in this store and was mockingly told that because this was an e-cigarette/ vape shop, they would certainly not sell that product.
