Great communication, easy order placement and quick delivery. The sofa we got is really nice overall. The only shame is that you have no option of delivery to include assembly.

This is my second time ordering furniture from Furnipol, and once again I’m incredibly impressed! The first time, I bought a full set and was amazed by the quality and the price — their furniture is extremely affordable compared to other brands, with unique and stylish designs that really stand out. Customer service has always been fantastic, and today’s delivery was no exception. Marcin and Rafał were absolutely brilliant — they kept in touch before arrival, updated me every step of the way, and were both incredibly kind and professional. It is a shame that there no option for 0* stars. A huge disappointment. Customer service absolutely horilbe, ignorance at the highest level is possible. Rudeness and disrespect towards paying customer. Im waiting 4 weeks for my replacement parts. No returns possible. Not willing to help whatsoever. I have never came a across company like that. After ordering online I was called to confirm the order, a few days before delivery was again called to be informed. Delivery smooth, driver very kind and polite. Furniture very good considering the low price. Was missing leg screws but as not using legs did not bother me.
Please avoid this company! I am disgusted with the company and their customer service. Sofa we ordered arrived damaged. On the second day we complained and the issue is still not resolved (that was 27th September)Apparently manufacturer does not see the fault with the sofa when we actually can not use it! I am tired of calling and emailing as they are not interested in what customer has to say. Mrs Marta is very rude and arrogant. I'm just fed up. I asked them today to collect it and give me my money back but she said it's not possible! I definitely don't recommend.
Horrible customer service! Sofa arrived incomplete and we have to wait over 5 weeks to get a replacement part. Customer service very rude. Mrs Marta was very rude and unhelpful. Do not buy from them as if something is wrong they will not help you but blame for their damage.
The most disappointing experience I have ever had in the UK. The sofa arrived damaged and incomplete. It took over a month to receive missing parts and around 1.5 months for the sofa to be fixed. Customer assistants have been extremely rude and unhelpful throughout; for the above repairs to be completed I had to exchange plenty of e-mails, had multiple phone phone calls where the staff showed no respect and good will to fix their own mistakes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
