Stanley loves a nice bath and groom, he’s like a different dog every time! He’s recently having some skin problems and the staff here have been really helpful using a sensitive shampoo to help soothe his itching. Would recommend to any dog owners.
Unfortunately we won’t be using this groomers ever again. They cut my dog’s front nail too short and she came home with blood oozing out of her paw. When my husband phoned, the owner said she would call him back, which she didn’t! We took our dog to the vet to get it checked out and luckily not too serious. My husband then went back in with photo to show them and a young girl was apologetic, but didn’t seem overly concerned (Janina was out at the time). I understand that accidents can happen, but it would have been nice for Janina to have had a little more compassion and give us a courtesy call later, or the day after to make sure that our dog was ok. This is what is called good customer service, I know because we run our own family business. My dog hated going for her groom (I now know why!), but this added trauma will definitely mean it will be even more difficult now for her to trust.
Our recently rescued Sami was not too keen on pampering so I was aware Janine would have a job on her hands. But using patience kindness and professional skills our Sami came out looking happy and relaxed and a lot cooler for her hair cut. Thank you Janine
Amazing job on our little cockapoo who is normally very nervous at the groomers. They were so patient and caring, and she now looks great!

5 star groomers Teddy my shih Tzu is a rescue and has really bad anxiety when I leave him. The groomers are really patient with him as I know stresses and even howls. but I know he is in good hands I would never take him anywhere else. he always come home looking great . GREAT JOB as I know he can be difficult.
