   Lisa was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful with advice about our puppy, and she knew about the breed, giving us plenty of useful tips for potty training and lead training. She also fitted her for a suitable harness, as the one I bought online was a poor fit. No question was too stupid and we felt welcomed and valued from the second we arrived. The puppy socialising was a huge success and we booked straight back in for next week. Thank you very much indeed.

   UPDATED Review: Bella, Assistant Manager. Her knowledge and clear focus for pets come first are incredibly empathic and listened to my requests. I was looking fot a certain type of bed for my little dog. She guided me to useful information and help. Ive still yet to make a final decision. However Fantail is one of the beds shortlisted for my dog. Ellie then helped with other questions I had around food and other elements of pets treats and how to look after your pet from the get go! Keep up the great work and I will certainly be in again soon. I felt listened too and understood and Ellie mentioned that training was a big part of the development. Ellie, you were kind as well so thanks both and apologises for incorrect names.

   I adore this pet shop! Despite there being other pet shops closer to home, this is the only one that stocks the reptile supplies I need so I don't mind going out of my way to get here. The shop is always clean, tidy and organised with a groomers and veterinary practice attached. The staff are always very friendly and always on hand to help and offer advice. They stock quality supplies at the higher price end for most small pet species so you won't find any supermarket supplied brands here but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It shows they have your pets best interests at heart.

   We went to pets corner today to try and choose a new wet food for our puppy. We were greeted with a big smile and spoke to an employee (Lucy) for about 20 minutes about food for all our animals, she was so helpful and we really appreciated her taking the time to inform us and help us choose the right food. Even though she admitted that she didn’t know much about reptiles she printed us out information on our tortoise and let us know about the nearest reptile vets which was amazing and beyond what we expected when we walked in the door today. We will definitely be back at Pets Corner Salisbury soon!

   Thank you to Lucy and Frances at the Salisbury branch. The girls are caring, knowledgeable and looked after my pup Squeaky as I was able to shop. Great choice of items. I bought a crate, bedding, feeding bowls, toys, a lead and a collar. I shall be back soon.
