   Very knowledgable lady helped my daughter feed the Guinea pigs and rabbits for the 11am feeding session and told us all about the different animals, thanks so much- it was a lovely little trip

   The prices they charge are disgusting! Wouldn't accept my insurance, wouldn't send me an already written prescription until I'd paid them money. They say they care for pets as if they were their own, what a load of rubbish. One receptionis t walked off and never came back, instead another one came out for no apparent reason. The male vet was lovely, had really good communication skills and took the time to listen and work with my dog, the ladies on the front desk aren't fit for purpose at a vets. Compassion goes a long way and you girls have none.

   I have been adopted an elderly long haired cat who is pretty much feral. He’s affectionate, but will not allow me to get anywhere near him with a brush. Normally at this time of year, I take him to pets at home to be shaved. Because he won’t readily let that be done, he has to undergo anaesthetic. Last year at this exact time the price was £170 This year just days before his appointment I was informed that the cost would be £240 Nearly a 30% increase in the space of 12 months. I understand pets at home has undergone new ownership. I wanted to get the cat shaved not buy a new one. I sent an email several weeks ago to pets at home customer services notifying them of my disgust with this ridiculous price increase. And still have heard nothing back other than an automated email. So it appears that not only now are the prices completely unreasonable. The customer correspondence is also awful.

   After cancelling a bogus subscription I had with them, they still took money from my account days later with no product recieved either. I'm now going on nearly a month awaiting a refund! Disgusting.

   The staff were very helpful, showing me where the items were on the shelf, when I couldn't find them. The sales assistant then helped to get a heavy bag of cat litter from the shop to my car and loaded it for me.

   I purchased two adorable bunnies on the 26th of November 2021. We had intentions of buying just one rabbit but ended up with two (a pairing) - best decision ever. The employee Polly was such a lovely girl! She recommended the best cage for the both of them and we purchased the cage on the spot. She answered all of our questions - we couldn't be happier! My mother absolutely adores her bunnies. Thank you ever so much, Polly! You made my mums birthday perfect xx
