I have a 6 month old kitten who's under investigation for a poorly tummy and is finding any type of food a trigger. Popped in here to see if they could help and had some amazing advice from the staff and the food they recommended has help him become more comfortable until we hear from the vets. Highly recommend this pet shop.
Everyone who works here is super cool and always willing to help. There is a wide variety of food, treats, and pet paraphernalia. Our pup loves visiting and choosing a new toy from the shelf.
I rocked up at the Alton Pets Corner, desperate for some assistance, as my very old cat was refusing to go outside to do what a cat's gotta do, and her wee/poos were very, very smelly. This to the point of reeking out the whole house. Amber - wonderful, wonderful Amber - took me in hand, and went through the various cat litter compounds available and suggested one in particular. Desperate, I took it home, and... instant success... my home no longer pongs of wee. Every time I've been to this store, the staff have been so very helpful and positive, but Amber went above and beyond, for which I am super grateful.
We originally popped in to the Alton Pets Corner out of interest with our puppy and were very appreciative of the knowledge and caring shown by the staff. They then suggested that we sign up for puppy socialisation. We did and it has been beneficial and a lot of fun. Amelia and Daisy are great, but actually they all are.
We have been attending puppy hour at Pets Corner for several weeks and it has been incredibly beneficial for our puppy. She has gained confidence and made great friends. The staff have always been incredibly helpful and ensured it was fun for both puppies and parents. Always greeted by pleasant staff, variety of dog food and treats is 2nd to non in town. Staff know our dachshund and always go out of their way to make us welcome, to say hello and offer a doggie biscuit for him. We used the puppy club when he was able to go, this was great socialising for him
Lovely welcome at this store, the young ladies were really lovely and helpful and made a big fuss of my dog, which she loved. I found everything I needed and the shop seemed very well stocked and tidy. I enjoy coming here.
Pets Corner in Alton were great when we bought our little hamster. Very informative about what we needed and the hamster itself. We had to set the cage up and take a photo before they would let us bring the little fella home. He's settled in and we've handled him a lot so he's now take. Thank you to the staff.
