Brilliant service. Staff friendly and caring. My cocker spaniel was well looked after and looked amazing after his wash and brush. I will be visiting frequently.
Me and my partner took our two dogs to the groomers today and have got them home where they are both absolutely terrified after the groom room dog grooming visit so something happened at the groom room and they were an absolute disgrace charging us above the price we were quoted because they said they found fleas on our dogs but they were given flea treatment 3 days ago. And they charged us £95.85 for the groom of both our dogs but only one dog was groomed fully the other was just washed and blow dried and the others hair cut was a disgrace because bits were missing out not cut properly and she is absolutely terrified and huddled up shaking like a leaf where as the other one is just cuddled up on the chair. I would recommend that you give this place a miss. Absolutely not happy at all.
Don't waste your time booking here! I was supposed to get my bichon frise groomed here this upcoming weekend. To my surprise when I logged in to check my appointment it was removed I didn't even get an email as a courtesy, nothing! Had I not checked I would have driven there with my email confirmation and probably would have been told to go away. Absolutely ridiculous and beyond unprofessional behaviour.
Last year had two cancellations but offered other slots quite quickly, this year cancelled 6th June appointment and still haven't heard from them with another day/time. My dog is long-haired and very uncomfortable in this heat. I booked this appointment in March, very disappointed
Thank you Alecia! Dolly looks and smells absolutely incredible! The grinch feet are no longer and those nails are perfectly clipped. She’s so fluffy, I’m actually happy to hug her again! Highly recommend!
I do NOT recommend this place at all! Never took the £15 deposit off the bill. Cut my puppys nails far too short and his fur is different lengths. I have tried calling but no one answers!
