   I love this shop so much, the owner and the staff all know Sky my American Staffy, every time I go in to buy her a bone it turns into a social affair! Currently sat listening to Sky chewing on a big beef bone I bought there this afternoon loving life! Support small businesses, they are so worth it ❤️❤️❤️

   Amazing customer service from the friendly and knowledgeable owner. My first visit to the store and they could not have been more helpful even though they were super busy on run up to Christmas. Got everything I needed for my dog too. Would definitely recommend.

   The worst experience ever in Winchester. I might agree with reviews that the owner welcomes only regulars. Walked in to buy a bunch of stuff for my friend's dog for Christmas presents, but decided not to buy anything! 1) She didn't welcome at all (even I was only a guest) 2) When asked a price, loudly answered I can check prices from tags myself. Almost my ear drum tears even in a quiet and small shop. 3) When I left, I said 'Have a good day' she even did not say anything. (All shop owners says, Merry Christmas and/or have a lovely day today so I can compare) No direct unfriendly services, but I can say I was ignored totally. Human can feel from atmosphere, tone of voice and from experiences.It would be the worst and bad memory.

   Went in today to buy some presents for my dog ready for Christmas. All the choices appeared high-quality and there was plenty of selection for my budget. They also had liver brownies for 50p; I've just fed it to my dog and she absolutely loved it.

   Fantastic little pet shop in the heart of Winchester. Perfect to pop into when in town, I take my pup in on the way to work and he loves choosing his favourite chews and treats from here. It's so handy. Very helpful staff with great advice, which is brilliant for a new dog owner like me.
