Kirsty is very friendly, thorough and wonderful at what she does. Kirsty spent 3 hours grooming my nervous dog as her belief is not rushing and in Tue making the dog worse. This really worked for Nala. I highly recommend Kirsty.
My cat Teddy is very nervous and has heart failure. He has outlived his prognosis by two years so naturally I want the best for him at home. Kirsty is brilliant with animals. Teddy is gentle but put up with much more during what must have been a difficult first groom than he normally does from a stranger. I can highly recommend this lady if you care about your animals.
First ever groom with Trixie & Bess . Outstanding best groom my Bertie has ever had his coat looked lovely for a dog of 13 years his coat looked shiny well cut & well looked after. Lovely salon for all dogs definitely will be back
Kirsty is always so attentive and caring towards my guinea pigs. The two long haired ones are bathed and have a hair cut every few months and all of them have more regular nail clips where Kirsty visits at our home to save the piggies getting distressed with travelling etc. They feel very comfortable around her and she always does a great job!
I can't say enough good things about Trixie and Bess! Our cat was severely matted, and we were really worried about how the grooming process would go. But from the moment we walked in, the groomer was so kind, professional, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything to us, walked us through the process, and even gave us helpful tips to prevent matting in the future. They handled our cat with such care and patience, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. Our kitty feels so much better now! We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be returning for future grooming. Highly recommend!
Kirsty visited us for an assessment and then we started to visit T&B; Kirsty has been very flexible with us, extremely helpful and patient with our dog, who can be challenging at the best of times. Really friendly and I'd recommend Trixie & Bess.
Kirsty was brilliant with my long-haired cat, my cat hates being groomed and her fur had become matted on her belly and back legs as my previous groomer no longer does cats and it took me a while to find someone experienced with cats. I asked for her to be clipped and Kirsty worked as quickly and gently as possible, it wasn't easy as my cat is a wriggler and some of the matts were close to the skin but Kirsty gave her a very smart lion cut. I will return again with my cat (before things get out of hand next time!), I'm so glad I've found someone who knows how to groom cats.
Very happy with the excellent job that Kirsty did grooming our cat Dylwyn. He had some dreads and one big matted area that we had given up trying to fix ourselves. He was very calm throughout most of his treatment which speaks volumes as he can get pretty aggressive when we try to treat him at home. It was done quickly and efficiently and with so much care and attention. It's great to know we have someone we can trust to do such a good job in case it's needed again. Absolutely recommend Kirsty 100%.
Kirsty is a very kind & patient dog groomer. She has been coming to us for 3+ years now & I've never been disappointed with her work. Our little schnauzer always feels better & happier after her grooming session. I would highly recommend Kirsty, she's a lovely lady.
Kirsty is one of the fewest groomers who can handle our super-difficult-to-groom dog. She is understanding and lets me and my husband be with him during the session as she understands how challenging it can be to handle him alone - even though he is always on calming tablets whenever she comes for a home grooming session! Her grooming studio is also lovely and super tidy - loved it when we popped in there for a quick grooming. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
