   My Dory has just had her hip replaced and has been suffering with gut issues. The staff were so friendly and provided me with helpful information when changing her diet. Dory loves her new insect diet and her tummy is improving. Would 100% recommend anyone to go there and I’ll continue to buy her food and treats from there.

   Normally we are the sort of people who if asked by a Sales Assistant while shopping say no thanks. We are so glad that on this occasion we accepted the offer from Will of guidance when considering different food for our dog. His extensive knowledge and relaxed approach was most welcome and very helpful. He advised on all the different alternatives without once pushing us towards anything other than making our own mind up. Five stars well deserved.

   I went here to buy a new harness for my 4 month old puppy. Staff were very helpful and tried on several before finding the best fit with room to grow. Hoping this will help, with training, to stop her pulling on the lead. Would highly recommend this store.

   Staff members are excellent, both helpful and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend this store. We had bought a cooling mat for our dog who seemed less than enthusiastic to try it out. After chatting to a member of staff we were able to turn the situation around. Thank you.

   An absolutely positive experience with such professional and knowledgeable staff. Having just collected our brand new puppy, we needed guidance on changing foods, and which puppy foods were most suitable....unlike with babies, the second puppy is not a breeze and the self doubt kicked in. Sarah was able to explain why certain nutrients were needed and which puppy feeds they were present in and how to gradually make a change. He loves it and we went back the next day to get a teeny tiny harness as he loathes his collar and I am being far more lenient with him than I ever was with my children. Again, Sarah was there and she offered advice and also confirmed I could return it if it wasn't suitable. His Canine Lordship quite likes it. A wonderful shopping experience, and that is something unique, as shopping is generally tedious and necessary. Thank you from Vik and Retsel...we will be back
