   Always receive excellent care and, when required, treatment for my dog. I pay a monthly care plan fee which deals with annual inoculations and worm/ flea prevention. Highly recommended.

   Professional, caring, welcoming kind practice who always put the patients first. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. Even now living 40 minutes away I still make the journey as I can’t bare to think of going to another practice. They offer a great pay monthly animal plan which cuts down cost hugely as well.

   Victoria was fantastic with our cat when we visited the surgery for her annual vaccination. Tilly gets stressed easily yet was perfectly at ease during the visit, I don't think she even realised she had been injected. We're so grateful to Victoria for making it a pleasant experience for Tilly. We've used Shipston Vets for many years and they have always provided an excellent service, compassionate and caring. We can highly recommend them.

   Team are super friendly and great at what they do but the charging structure has become akin to daylight robbery. Went for a follow up examination a week after the first visit and was charged £49 for two minutes. It was obvious my dog had healed well. Should have just cancelled the appointment.

   Had a brilliant experience today at shipston vets, took our kitten for neutering and microchipping and was greeted by friendly reception staff and quickly seen by vet and advised they would call as soon as operation complete. Within 3.5hours was able to collect kitten.

   They charge £10 per minute and do not explain their fees! Making unnecessary additional appointments, taking advantage of those who do not know differently. Do not trust or use this vets!
