Craig is a wonderful dog groomer. He has looked after our dog Dash for years. He is a kind to the dogs and very talented. Thanks for you help over the years. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for clipping Wills claws yesterday Only literally dropped in to ask advice on our 15 year old jack Russells claws they were so long he's not walking now his legs are bad we said he would need a muzzle he would bite! But you literally took him no muzzle clipped his claws in seconds we were gob smacked Wills is walking so much better today We will definitely be bringing him back Biggest thank you again
Edit as don’t know how to reply to the rude owner, I am not an idiot, I do not have the wrong groomers. How else would I know you have a gate to the left of your house with a bell to ring and you and your son operate from the garden shed? Even more insulting that you now deny even having me as a customer. Absolutely horrible. Maybe these two work for some but if you have a dog you want styling rather than just washing then I would avoid. You explain what you are after when dropping off and told yes no problem, you arrive back to pick them up and end up waiting 15 mins at the gate while they take their time to answer you and then you get the shock of your life that your dog looks nothing like you requested. When challenged, rather than being professional, I was met with rude and defensive responses where I was told that what I initially requested would have looked and I quote ‘stupid’ and they couldn’t do that. Why not just say that at the start then, oh, is it because you wanted the money rather than having integrity. Luckily I never returned and have found a groomer that is not only a lovely person but says it’s my dog and I can style them however I like as I am paying for it even if she thinks what I want is stupid… bad energy, bad grooming, bad experience waiting on a driveway locked away from your dog.

I came here to get my dogs nails done. Whilst there I mentioned that I would have loved to afford a wash and trim for him though money was tight. The lively guy trimmed his hair (to tidy him up a bit) and also put some lovely spray on him for free!! He didn't have to but did out of the goodness of his heart. I will definitely be going back for a full groom when funds allow!

My first experience at Million Hairs Dog Grooming was very pleasant, my dog took to Craig almost instantly, which is unusual. Excellent groom overall, especially since my dog had quite a few matting issues. Will definitely rebook.
