I have used these multiple times for stool samples for cats. They turn around time tends to be alot quicker at getting results too you than the vets too and its a bonus that its cheaper than the vets too which is always helpful given that I do rescue work so spend alot in vet fees.x

I purchased the Silver worming test for my dog. Their communication is excellent, my questions were answered very quickly. I received the lung worm results in five days (on a Saturday). I am still waiting for the other test results and it is Thursday morning. As this company is primarily set up to do research I am happy to wait as I hope these samples might show an insight into geo locations of worms and whether it is really necessary to give worming tablets every six months. I note in previous reviews that some people were sent a replacement sample/test tube free of charge. I needed a replacement tube and was charged approximately £4.

There was a delay with the delivery of the sample pot but this was due to Royal Mail strikes and it was clearly stated on the website. Clear instructions sent by email and a very fast response on the report which was easy to understand. Will continue to use this service in the future

This is a quick and efficient service for the testing of worms for your pet. Very easy to use, the company send you all the bits you need if requested, you send the sample and they check it all and give you a report online when finished. Even though its the busiest time for them, they still managed to get the test done quickly.
This place is great. Mostly they’re pretty fast on their reports. I’ve had a couple of times it’s been a little longer but I think that’s down to the delivery time to them rather than them themselves. I knocked one star off for an experience where they sent me the results of a reptile I didn’t own instead of the report of my animal. It was my sister’s so I had junk there was a small confusion! They were very good about it and sent a new pot out for me free of charge as the one I sent could no longer be used. I’ve been using the site for a few years and other than that they’ve been amazing.
