Very happy with this veterinary practice. My dog arrived at 8.30am exceedingly unwell, and I collected a very relieved and bouncing dog at the end of the day My only dissapointment is that they (like most) no longer have any staff overnight. Fortunately my dog was stable enough to return home, but if he wasnt it would have been a 10 mile journey and a lot of inconvenience if he needed continuing treatment.

Tom was outstanding as usual with Dotti, our Miniature Schnauzer (he calls her Tarty Pants), explains everything very well. Better treatment for our pets than my daughter received recently at UHCW. From now on, I'm going to identify as a Salt and Pepper Super Giant Schnauzer and get my owner (wife) to register me with Bilton Veterinary Centre for superior treatment.

This practice is wonderful. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The veterinary staff are knowledgeable and will help in any way they can. My dog is my world and although the practice isnt super local to me, I would never take her anywhere else.

I brought my two dogs Bella and Poppy for their first health check last week after our family relocated to rugby from Kent. I must say I am very impressed. Katie was wonderful with our nervous dog Bella. I phoned up upon arrival and she kindly met us in the car park to avoid any stressful encounters with other dogs. Katie gave Bella and us her full attention and explored all aspects of Bella’s health and wellbeing. Bella will be coming in for X-ray’s and it is wonderful that there is an orthopaedic specialist in the team (so no need for an outside referral). It was also lovely that Katie has booked this so she can be present too on the day, to provide consistency in her care. Lisa was also amazing with our older dog Poppy. She was so gentle and thorough in explaining and creating a plan for Poppy’s current health issues. We spoke in depth during the consult and Lisa then asked if she could phone me once she had a chance to investigate a bit deeper into Poppy’s notes which had been sent over. This was not at all urgent but regardless I got a message from the team apologising that they hadn’t had time to call me the next day due to emergencies and that Lisa would call me the following day. This was a really nice touch As they were obviously really busy with poorly animals and I had said during the consult that there was no rush at all. As promised Lisa phoned me to offer more support over the phone the next day (even after the practice had closed which again I was very impressed with) . The receptionists are equally as friendly and helpful. Being somewhere new is nerve wracking but they made us and our dogs feel so welcome. It’s still early days but I am very happy with our experience so far with this vets. I had lost all faith in the previous practice as I felt they saw our dogs as money making opportunities. This couldn’t be further from the way Bilton vets treated us. Thank you so much to the team, as I now feel like my girls are in safe and loving hands.

We've been using bilton vets for 13 years and have 4 pets registered with them but after today I've decided it's time to find a different one, this is the 5th appointment in a row that's been late and today was 45 minutes, our oldest dog has librela injections and they are pricy, its Β£80 for a monthly injection which then increases every other month to have a vet consultation which means it's Β£80, Β£114 consecutively which is a lot of money every month, asked if we could get a prescription because it was too costly and got told no although apparently plenty of people have been asking (because its an injection that has to be refrigerated), also unfortunately after 13 years using the practise we've had a different vet 2 times now who comes across as a tad condescending and knows your dog better than you. So that's it after all with bilton, sad to be leaving though.

Cannot recommend highly enough! We have been at this vets for almost 7 years with our lab and we have had general check ups, vaccines, emergency appointments and home call outs. The vets themselves are patient, kind and you never feel rushed. Reception are knowledgeable and friendly and always work appointments to sometimes what can be a hectic schedule. We are going through a lengthy process of getting our dog ready for air travel and ive been amazed with the prep and research they have done for us to make sure all is how it should be.

We have always been incredibly happy with the service we have received from the entire team at Bilton Vets over the years, but I have been moved recently to write this review. Our beloved Rotty was diagnosed with bone cancer a few months ago and we have recently, very sadly had to make the exceptionally difficult decision to end her life. The care and support from the moment we received her diagnosis has been incredible. From the phone calls of advise with vet Ian , to those final moments we had with her when vet Tom was there supporting us with kindness, time, respect, compassion and reassurances that, although very difficult, it was the right thing to do. It is one of the hardest things, as a pet owner, making the decision to end the life of your much loved companion but I wouldn't have wanted any other team supporting us. A deeply, deeply heart felt thank you to you all.

Bilton Vets have looked after all of our pets for over 30 years. They have shared our joy in happy times and supported us in difficult and sad times. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, not just to us but to whichever pet we have with us. Consultations have always given us all the information we need to make our own decisions on treatments where appropriate. In short, not one of our pets has ever shown any fear of "Going to the Vets" ! And we know they are in good hands. Thank you Team Bilton !
