“I cannot thank Stacey the manager at the Rugby Dunchurch Travelodge enough. She greeted us with a big smile, hugs for our dog and was super helpful and caring. The room was faultlessly clean and the whole hotel smelt wonderful. The bedding and towels were super fresh and white. Ample free coffee, tea, sugar and milk. We stayed in a spacious family room with our dog and it was perfect. It feels very safe there. This was my first time staying in a travelodge and this was spotlessly clean, fresh and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. Stacey's team are wonderful at what they do, as Stacey leads by example. Happy staff, happy place to stay. Thank you Stacey and all your team. The location was perfect for us, as there was a Mcdonalds on site, and a wonderful garden centre 4 mins walk away where we had breakfast before we set off.”

“First time I booked the groom room at Pets at home after my dog's local groomer moved away. Was pleasantly surprised how the clean and consistent the cut was - there was no shave lines etc. The price is what I would be expected to pay for the size of my dog - I made the assumption that it would be far more expensive. Easy online booking and will happily keep coming here (also my dog's fav shop to steal treats off the floor)”

“We stayed here the night before Reggaeland as it’s only 20 mins on the train to Milton Keynes. The room was massive, clean and fresh sheets. Staff are really sweet and work so hard. It was £55 for the room plus breakfast for myself and my 2 girls. The breakfast is well worth the money and has great choices including gluten and dairy free. It’s replenished often and fresh, lovely full English and a variety of drinks, fruits and continental. The location is perfect facing the railway station and about a 15 min walk to the local shopping centre.”

“On the three occasions I visited the Vicarage Cattery - to look around, to drop off my cat & finally to pick up, I was struck with how clean and fresh everywhere was. My cat was happy to return home but seems to have had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend here & will be using it again.”

“Tom was outstanding as usual with Dotti, our Miniature Schnauzer (he calls her Tarty Pants), explains everything very well. Better treatment for our pets than my daughter received recently at UHCW. From now on, I'm going to identify as a Salt and Pepper Super Giant Schnauzer and get my owner (wife) to register me with Bilton Veterinary Centre for superior treatment.”

“This is the first time I have used Rebecca at Fresh for my mini schnauzers as I wasn't happy with their current groomer. On arrival Rebecca made them both at ease on her chezlong, my boy jumped straight onto her lap followed by treats and ambient music. The cuts took longer than anticipated as she wanted to do a great job. On collection both of my babies were relaxed and happy not like collecting from my previous groomer. My babies will definitely be returning. Rebecca is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most of all my dogs were happy. The place was clean, well presented with professional equipment but most of all relaxing for my dogs. There isn't anything else I can say 5 STARS *****”
