   We have a beautiful cavalier King Charles spaniel that has been groomed here a few times. Each time it got worse. I do know that cavaliers coats being silky are not always easy to groom but he is a mess. £65 is very expensive for a seriously amateur cut that I’m assuming the junior/apprentice has done. His paws are terrible, all different length fur and not cut his nails at all. His ears are different lengths. His tail is really short losing all the feathers. He also smelt no better than when he went in and needed a bath on coming home. Very abrupt manager who made me too afraid to question anything at all. We will not be back.

   From the get go, I was a bit nervous as this was my dogs first grooming and I didn't know how she would be but the workers their reassured me it would be good and that they'll let me know if anything goes wrong. They were very professional and kind. Once my dog's grooming was done I was very satisfied, she looked very good and happier. Overall amazing, good staff and their work. Definitely recommend coming here.

   First time I booked the groom room at Pets at home after my dog's local groomer moved away. Was pleasantly surprised how the clean and consistent the cut was - there was no shave lines etc. The price is what I would be expected to pay for the size of my dog - I made the assumption that it would be far more expensive. Easy online booking and will happily keep coming here (also my dog's fav shop to steal treats off the floor)

   Disgusting service. They have being out dogs for 8 years, you put a new so called manager in, I receive a telephone call to say they will not shave knots anymore?? Have being done for the last 8 years now this? Our 3 digs are done at a new salon, no issues at all & cheaper that yourselves, your loss.

   If I could put 0 stars I absolutely would We went to the groom room at pets at home. Unhappy to say the least.. our Irish doodle, who did have quite abit of hair, freshly brushed everyday so no matts Has now come back with bold patches and staffy like hair.. My dog is in such a state. My parents had to take Lola back after one side of her mouth was not cut equally and overall looked awful. To then be asked if they wanted the lady to cut her nails, as they hadn’t been done the first time. £61 is very steep money for Lola to look an absolute mess, all because she was full of ‘knots and matts’. I’m a hairdresser myself and I could say if a child or of any age client came into me with knots and matts I wouldn’t shave their hair practically bold. My dog looks as if she’s had an operation in some places she cut soo far down to the skin! Will not be returning, thanks for two awful cuts first time and second. First time we thought maybe because Lola was nervous but second time was 100% worse and we all now feel to embarrassed to even leave the house with her!

   Bob had his fist visit for a wash, cut and finish. The lady listened to what I wanted length wise. Very pleased with the outcome, he was happy too. He looks so handsome. Thank you we will be back

   Really good salon, can be difficult to get an appointment sometimes, but that is down to availability. Groom Room website needs to be improved as I have to reset my password every time I want to log in.

   Woof, I love this place. Staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. I have been going since I was 12 weeks old either for a bath and brush or a full groom. Sometimes I get a nice bandanna or a doggy dicky bow. They have good offers so I am told! Can't wait for my next visit.
