Been in here many times, mainly for bulk buy animal food. Staff are a mixed bag, some really helpful, some really can't be bothered and obviously don't want to be there. Tends be to some useful discounts on the app if you spend over £40-50.
Good size, includes groom room and vets. Plenty of parking.

Friendly team who as you'd expect love animals, always make a fuss of my dog which she loves.. closely followed by treats. They have different staff with different knowledge which is helpful providing you don't mind waiting for them to assist you if they're with someone else at the time. The store is pretty big. Does the job.
I shop here for our great dane. All the staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. A big range of foods, treats, toys, beds, cleaning lotions, leads, etc. Not great with a choice of sizes for a giant dog, but if yours is any smaller, they will probably have what you want. Obviously, cater for most pets such as fish, birds, caged animals, cats, etc
Amazing. Very helpful staff and so many cute bunny rabbits. Also got some dog food which was reduced. Going to be taking my wife to the salon as its much cheaper than the ones in town. May get her nails clipped as well.
All the staff here are super helpful and the vets up the stairs are always clean and friendly my collie always loves a trip there
First time visiting this location and super impressed, staff more than helpful with my dog enquiries and ended up with perfect products from the huge variety available. Got help too with the app also securing extra discount on top. Parking not an issue with easy access. Keep up the good work team :)
I have a small Breed dog. She is getting on now at 11 but still bright as a button. The dog biscuit meal she has is of a small kibble and for mature dogs. Wainwrights . Of late there seems to be every other type on the shelves but her usual duck variety, buy any other combo and she will not eat it. Why has this been so difficult to get. Also dog chews in packs of 5 have suddenly gone to being , you can only buy them by the box , so much more expensive. So by the packet on line still available again why change this in store. Slowly loosing a customer here due to greed. Just because they have the produce with extra £2 on the biscuit meal and trying to force people to buy more than they need at a time . Watch out products are cheaper else where buy being convenient goes in their favour but not you wallet.
