   Excellent independent vets lovely staff. Two years ago after serious accident they dipped into a special fund they have and removed one of my spaniels back legs the following day free of charge saving me 3 1/2 k. Thoroughly recommend.

   We've been bringing our dog, Loki, to Animal House Veterinary Surgery for years, and we honestly couldn't ask for a better team to care for him. Every single member of staff is not only incredibly friendly and welcoming but also impressively thorough and professional. From routine check-ups to more complex concerns, they've always taken the time to explain everything clearly, never rushing, and always putting Loki’s comfort and well-being first. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the animals they treat, and that makes all the difference. We’ve always felt confident and reassured knowing Loki is in such capable hands. Animal House has become more than just a veterinary surgery to us—it’s a trusted part of Loki’s life and ours. Highly recommended!

   As a stranger to a new town, i was met with friendly and helpful receptionists. My consultation was on time. The Vetinarian was friendly and professional, explaining everything as he went. I found this helpful and refreshing. Costs were also advised before any procedure took place. There was water for my furry animal, and the place was warm. My pet didn't want to leave. I've been back and have met with the same good quality standard.

   Extremely long wait time at booked appointments, nearly an hour on one occasion. Lack of help when I desperately needed it. Thankfully another local vet gave me the help I needed. In your reply to my review it is stated that I wad offered several different appointment times which I declined, this statement is completely incorrect, and I have no idea where you obtained that information from. Any continued contact with yourselves is very upsetting to me.

   The majority of staff are warm and friendly and clearly love the animals. The downside is the constant upselling. Their prices are very high as they are, but their pressuring to get you to buy the most basic things from their massively overpriced items is quite frankly disgusting. I once had to refuse several times to buy some simple disinfectant, which was 8x as much as the exact same product on amazon. I'm sure they do a good business on trusting and emotional people.
