   We've been using this vet for almost 5 years now and despite moving further away we decided to continue to use this branch as the care we've received has always been amazing. Our first cat got cancer and unfortunately we didn't have insurance for however the practice treated us with care and understanding to do everything they could to support our cat with treatments we could afford. Sadly she didn't make it despite their faultless efforts. After a few years we eventually decided to adopt again and more recently had to visit due to an illness. Again the same care and attention, this time we a cat back to full health which we're so thankful for. A special shout out to Marcin who has been our primary vet on many occasions, he's always brilliant and shows a clear care for the pets he's caring for. You'll never be pressured to spend money on a treatment that's not required and you'll always know your pet is in safe hands coming here.

   If you really care for your pet, then DO NOT take them to Vets 4 pets rugby. They don't seem to care about pets. Some vets are rude and don't seem to have a clue what is wrong with the pet. Fairly simple problem we had with our kitten could have been resolved quickly, but after 3 visits with these, made it much worse where they prescribed calming drops, instead of laxative. They offered expensive tests and surgery for around £3000, where survival chance for the kitten would be 50/50. He was just constipated. As this made no sense, we went to seek help to different vets in the area. They treated the kitten with care and instantly had diagnosis and treatment plan which worked. Avoid Vets 4 pets rugby! There are way better vets in the area.

   Terrible vets, wouldn't let me be with my dog while they took him into the back to perform tests.. Even after I kept telling them I had to be with him as he's really scared. When they brought him back out they said they didn't get a very good result because of how reactive he was. Not good, he's great at the vets if I'm there to talk to him.

   I took my cat for a vaccination and for a small checkup, which we have done yearly and we never have to pay extra. This usually costs £62 and then extra for any medication. When booking this, we were promised it would be £62 again. We had the vaccination and the small checkup, but when I went to pay they told me it had come to £117. When I challenged this, I was told that there is nothing they can do, so I asked to speak to a manager. I was then informed that a manager was not on site, which is bizarre and unprofessional. I have never had a problem with the surgeons, but the receptionists are generally rude, not very good at their jobs and can never seem to be bothered about doing anything to assist their customers. After being with this vet for the past three years, I think it’s time to move on to a place where they book in your appointments correctly and don’t overcharge you.

   Absolutely shocking my dog has a eye ulcer cost over £200 upto now for treatment…struggling to administer eye drops as he in lots of pain so very grumpy shih tzu .. vet offered nurses to help twice a day to do this as to get treatment into eye ….only to be told today it comes at a cost of (reduced ) to £13-50 x2 so £27 a day an treatment could last for well over a month so my reckoning with this an weekly vet appointment over a £1000..just wanted help with administer drops so actually feel they don’t care if pet gets medication or not ….also stated on phone cost of living crisis!!!! An have been paying an animal healthcare of £14 a month for last four years…so shocked an disgusted with lack of care an help for your fur baby ….CANCELLED everything today no more payments from me …very unhappy customer want my advice avoid!!!!! Only got one star As had no choice don’t deserve one in my opinion!!!!!!!!

   I have all of my pets registered with vets 4 pets. They are all on healthcare plans. I have always received great customer service and knowledge from the vets, nurses and reception staff. My pets love going there! That says it all- especially my sensitive collie who has had 3 operations and still drags me up the stairs because he loves going there and seeing the staff.

   Wonderful experience, nurses and reception staff were so incredibly helpful they couldn’t do enough and exceeded expectations. They responded quickly and were so proficient in dealing with our dogs emergency health issue. I was very impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Our other dog even had a spell of work experience on reception as we both needed to be with the dog to help calm her whilst they medically intervened. We are considering moving vets to pets at home because of this positive experience. We would like to thank the nurse in question and reception member they were wonderful . Many thanks

   Reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly to speak with, the vet we see is knowledgeable, caring and pragmatic. Always had a positive experience since visiting from June. 4 stars as they don't always have next day appointments and I wish it did out of hours service as there isn't one in Rugby.
