My goldendoodle puppy was so happy after being groomed by Rebecca! She shaped him exactly how we wanted him. I booked back in immediately for the next one without having to think!
This is the first time I have used Rebecca at Fresh for my mini schnauzers as I wasn't happy with their current groomer. On arrival Rebecca made them both at ease on her chezlong, my boy jumped straight onto her lap followed by treats and ambient music. The cuts took longer than anticipated as she wanted to do a great job. On collection both of my babies were relaxed and happy not like collecting from my previous groomer. My babies will definitely be returning. Rebecca is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most of all my dogs were happy. The place was clean, well presented with professional equipment but most of all relaxing for my dogs. There isn't anything else I can say 5 STARS *****
Been using Fresh Grooms since May. Our dog doesn't warm to strangers easily... but he loved Rebecca straight away! She is very accomodating and patient with his quirks. When he turns up to be groomed he always has a very waggly tail. Highly recommend
Been using Rebecca for a six months. Our dog is very difficult to groom and hates her paws being cut and nails clipped. Rebecca has been patient and gotten her settled into being groomed. Would recommend
