   I feel sorry for the red haired young lady at the till, because the other mid aged blond woman is a lazy c*w, she saw her under pressure dealing with a long queue and she saw me waiting to ask someone a question, yet she let the young lady deal with my query despite having a long queue on the till and despite her being absolutely free to deal with my query but she chose to ignore me, overall the workers at this shop are rude and ignore me most of the time with some exceptions. The incident happend today around 7 pm in case the store owner/manager is interested in identifying the mid aged c*w.

   Staff was polite, patience, helpful n friendly. Shop was so clean n excellent stocks. Free car park. I bought 8 fish - looked so good n healthy. I will come back 2 weeks time to buy more fish.

   Great place to find all of the pet goodies. Whatever your need may be the staff are friendly and helpful. Occasionally they've got some great deals of some common products like food or pet supplies, though most of the time you'll likely find them cheaper online. Regardless, it's still worth making sure that your friendly local pet store continues to thrive. They've also got some great deals with VIP card and a monthly magazine that's an entertaining read (free with the card). There's also groomer inside the store though I haven't had the chance to use it yet.

   What is the point of using click and collect if it isn't staffed? After waiting 15 minutes I was finally given my order, when I could've picked up the items myself and been served 3 times quicker.

   Been to the store and looking at the Fluval Roma125 litre tropical fish tank and cabinet, they had one in store priced at £260 but on their website they have the same one priced at £380 They had no more in stock in the Coventry, Solihull and Royal Leamington Spa stores. They said if I went back to the Coventry store they would order it for me and hopefully they will refund me the difference of £120
