   So we been there quite a few times. One lady did a wonderful job, did what we asked for and our dog looked amazing. The rest no idea what they are doing there. Unfortunately after that we would get different groomers none of them did a good job. Cut was uneven, I would need to finish off cutting bits on the legs or stomach. Several times we asked to eyebrows be cut in a specific way, first time they failed, next time we asked not to cut the middle part between the eyebrows so we could grow out a uni brow, they cut it. So here we are back to 0 progress. We thought maybe it is just a mistake and happens to all people, nope they just dont care, something would be done wrong on every appointment. Maybe our dog is difficult to cut? No he is not, he does hate the blowing machine, but not the cutting as we made sure from young age he would be used to getting groomed. They charge 55pounds for a miniature schnauzer. They dont cut nails, not sure if it is included, maybe not? But for that price give a really poorly done cut, dont listen to what you been asked for and not cutting nails or even fur between dogs paws not worth 55. Your employees need more practise and you should not charge 55. Max 20 for the quality you get. Or make that you are able to choose your groomers. Go support your local groomers they are doing way better job. Had images of the cuts but cant find it, if i ever will - i will update the review.

   Our rescue girl loves Pets At Home. She had her claws done for the first time there and was a good girl. Staff member in Groom Room and on the main store till were lovely.

   Worst haircut my dog has had. Charged a lot and unable to deliver a perfect service. When contacting PAH customer service, they were not much help. Will not be using this service again and do not recommend others to go either
