Ordered some OTC items for delivery and confirmed delivery time with store. Driver was a no show and did not contact me as agreed.
Purchased medication to keep in stock for my elderly father, that when I checked only had 2weeks left until expiry endeavored to return and have a batch with longer shelf life- was informed cannot exchange- dreadful policy - if that’s what it is! Will never purchase anything from st Mary’s again.

Needed urgent travel vaccines and the pharmacy were quick to respond. The staff operating the phone lines were very helpful and booked us in straight away at our convenience. When we arrived, David (pharmacist) was a joy to speak to and provided excellent service. I would recommend this pharmacy for any of their services and will be using them in the future.
Great service, lovely person. Managed to help me with an urgent issue regarding prescriptions and letter for travel. It was very urgent as it was last minute. He stayed behind and stayed open a bit longer despite the closing times, just to help solve my issue. Really appreciate it. Passion team, really recommend them.
Such a FANTASTIC service that you can't believe! St Mary's Pharmacy is one of very few independent pharmacies that offer the BEST service i came across. I can confirm that i had an urgent enquiry regarding an urgent matter and i emailed the pharmacy at 22:30 and i received the reply within an hour, although that may not be the normal case, but in extreme urgent enquiry, i was delighted with a reply! I am also a pharmacist (by God's Will) and i am speaking with experience. There are maximum 5 stars available, but i would give 6 stars in my recommendation!
