   Had an amazing experience today, buying a new bird cage for my parrots, Mollie was so so helpful, she helped us get the cage into the car too. Very attentive staff, nothing was too much, will definitely be coming again if any of my animals need anything.

   I pretty only buy bird seed from here but they did have a big selection of stuff you can buy for the birds in your garden or for cats and dogs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend getting the free loyalty card to get points and get deals on future purchases

   Went in to ask info about getting a parrot. Staff was extremely friendly and wasn't pushy to sell. The manager asked lots of questions and gave lots of information. First time seeing a petstore where the parrots got chop and pellets instead of seeds (all seed diet is bad). We will definitely return if not for the parrot it will be for the cages, supplies and food. Thank you for taking care of the animals and asking about our living situation before selling us a pet.

   just now NEW I’ve been using this store now for the last 3 months since getting a new dog. They have a massive selection of natural and pre-packed treats, good range of quality dog food. large selection of toys and accessories. as I am in store I pick up my bird items as well. staff are always really friendly and the parking is great outside. I’d definitely say it’s worth a visit

   First time shopping here and I did phone before hand to check they had what I was looking for as other pet stores didn't. The staff were really polite and friendly. The store was well layed out, nice wide aisles, lots of premium items I had not seen in other main stream pet shops. There was no aquatics section which I would normally look for, but they did have a good sized aviary section with a great selection of birds from finches, canarys and bkue macaws. It is a shop I would visit again, its well located and plenty of parking.
