βI went here to buy a new harness for my 4 month old puppy. Staff were very helpful and tried on several before finding the best fit with room to grow. Hoping this will help, with training, to stop her pulling on the lead. Would highly recommend this store.β

βA Five-Star Experience for Our Beagles at Bowwows For the past three years, our beloved beagles, Bertie and Daisy, have been fortunate enough to attend Bowwows, and we can confidently say it offers an exceptional five-star experience. The owner, Al, along with Kath and the dedicated team of trained and compassionate staff, prioritize the well-being of all dogs in their care. They ensure that every animal's needs are met with genuine concern, providing us with peace of mind while we are apart from our fur babies. The communication regarding drop-off, pick-up, and any necessary updates during their stay is outstanding. Bowwows has implemented thorough policies and procedures that instill confidence in us as pet owners. As we drive up to Bowwows, we appreciate the secure grounds protected by electronic gates, and itβs evident that privacy and data protection are taken seriously here. Upon arrival, the dogs are welcomed warmly, entering into an atmosphere reminiscent of a nursery, accompanied by the gentle sounds of spa music or more energetic tunes during the summer. The facilities themselves are impressive, featuring spacious fields where the dogs can run freely in a secure environment. Bertie and Daisy enjoy structured playtime and the freedom to explore, ensuring their days are a delightful mix of fun and relaxation. They love the sprinklers, paddling pools, an assortment of toys and games that keep them engaged and active. On cooler days, there is underfloor heating inside, along with a cozy relaxation room where they can unwind and enjoy a cuddle after a busy day of play. Bowwows has truly become a second home and family for Bertie and Daisy, filled with love and care. The attention they receive mirrors the affection they would get from us as their own family. It is heartwarming to see how much they thrive in this nurturing environment. Every week, they return home well-rested and content after a day filled with adventures alongside their Bowwow friends. It's reassuring to know they not only receive excellent care but also thoroughly enjoy their weekly 24-hour stay. This allows them to come home happy and ready to relax after all the joy they've experienced. Bowwows is a haven for our beloved pets. Often I wish I could go in for a day of pampering and rest. The combination of skilled staff, secure facilities, and a nurturing atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for any dog owner looking for a loving home away from home for their furry companions. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much Al and the team. Xβ
βGreat service! Pharmacist, Gurbask Singh was very helpful in helping us to get our travel vaccinations. He was very informative and was able to work around our schedules booking in appointments.β
βOur Norfolk terrier had a suspected UTI and, realising she needed emergency treatment, we took her to Wellesbourne in time for the surgery to open. No appointment could be made as the phone wasn't answered by the surgery until our ETA - although I tried to call ahead of our arrival and got the emergency practice. The receptionist explained that the phone would be switched over in 5 minutes - after our ETA. The Reception nurse understood immediately and said weβd be slotted in between the next 2 appointments. We were seen 12 minutes later, my diagnosis confirmed after a thorough investigation and reassurance that the medication would cure the problem. It started to work after the first antibiotics were administered. One happy little dog and relieved and very grateful owners. Exemplary service.β
βThe staff here were so kind to me, ordering a taxi. The place was very well run, clean and obviously great care is given to all animals brought in for attention and professional care.β
βI changed to Medivet/Feldon's at Coventry Road after taking my mum's dog to an appointment and being impressed with their reception staff and vet. The changeover was very easy and they arranged an appointment on the same day as my cat was poorly. The previous vet I was registered to had poor access to appointments in comparison. So far I've been very happy with my experience.β
βI quickly got an appointment when it suited me and my pet and great care was shown, understanding of what was needed and the best course of treatment.β
βCan't rate Avonvale highly enough. They have always been brilliant with all my animals, and since having my American bully, they have been nothing short of amazing. Always make him welcome and treat him like a king. They are reasonably priced aswel, and let's face it every penny counts nowadays.β
βBobby has been attending Go Out Paws for just under 4 years. Lisa and Angie are fantastic and we feel extremely confident that Bob is well cared for and in good hands. Bobby adores his walks with Lisa and goes banana's when her van pulls up to collect him. The service that is offered is second to none. I don't know of any other dog walking service that offers a walk play time/socialising and a wash. Great friendly service.β
βVery friendly, efficient and welcoming, our dog loves her visits there. Would highly recommend.β
βTook my dog here for his first groom. Heβs an excitable boy (10 months old and a rescue) so still learning his manners. The staff there were really patient with him and took good care of him. He looks fabulous; his coat is so much healthier looking. Will definitely be back.β
βAbsolutely fantastic service allowing for the meeting of my own needs as a woman experiencing disabilities. Thank you PDSA Coventry, from Kaia & Helenβ
βMy Boo had to be put to sleep in May. The staff were amazing In July I got a 'Sorry for your loss' card with cuttings of her fur..I was not expecting this so this Team go out of their way to express condolences. 10 out of ten. Made me smile and cry all at once and memories of Boo are always with meβ
βI attended VETS Now emergency clinic in Coventry on Saturday afternoon with my kitten who was vomiting + hadn't eaten for 2 days, on the advice of a vet I consulted prior to going. It was stressful as I was on my own + my kitten was in obvious distress. The reception staff were lovely + engaged with me from the out set. I had to wait about 20 mins to see a vet but when I did she immediately explained the situation + was very mindful of the stressful situation I was in +, more importantly, the cost of the visit, so wasn't about to offer any treatment not needed at that point, which I found extremely refreshing. She treated my kitten after a thorough examination + explain what to expect in the following days + how to go forward . I was very reassured + my kitten improved almost immediately. The only downside is the cost of the whole experience. To just walk through the door is over Β£300, ( I was advised of this before going). However, as my insurance company cap the emergency cost at Β£200 I am now out of pocket by over Β£100, which just adds to the stress of it all. I know that is down to my insurance company's policy but I am guessing it's the same with most insurance companies. No one attends an emergency clinic if they don't have to, + not all people have insurance etc. I, personally, don't know how they arrive at the Β£300 plus fee but it would be nice if it could be brought down to a little closer to the amount most insurance companies accept + pay.β
βGreat service, booked Yellow Fever in morning, appointment a few hours later, in/out in 10 minutes, made sure I was good for the vaccine, check blood pressure. Great service highly recommendβ

βI lost my best friend, Tommy, 4 days ago. We couldnβt have chosen a more compassionate, calm, understanding, lovely team of people to deal so delicately with his passing. The final product is beautifully arranged, done with the highest quality - more than befitting for the deep loss we feel, which is immeasurable. We simply cannot recommend them enough. And thank you again Jon and Mandy for your kindness during this painful time. Matt & Ebony xβ
βI canβt say enough good things about this clinic. The vets and staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable and well cared for. Iβm so grateful for their patience and genuine love for animals. I highly recommend them!β Especially Raymondβ
βMy appointment was with Vetenerian Connor Day twice who has been absolutely brillant during the appointment with my kitten misha. Explains everything thoroughly and in detailβ¦ doesnt rush the appointment ( i have been to other vets where they are very time limited and its been very rushed and want you out the door as soon as possible). Thank you for seeing Misha and helping her to the best of your ability. Excellent vets- 10/10. All Staff including the receptionists are very friendly and have a genuine care and love for the animals.β

βWe would highly recommend Emscote vets as they offer an extremely personal and caring service. The reception staff are so welcoming and the vets, in particular, Charlotte is wonderful. An excellent practice xβ
βThis review is for Rugby, Hillmorton. Always easy to get an appointment. Staff always professional and polite. Since we moved here nearly 1 year ago my cat has needed to see the vet 3 times for various issues. She's been very well looked after and the vets have always been able to figure out what's wrong. Thank you.β
βI took my very anxious rescue dog for his boosters and discussed how anxious he is. The vet was very good with him and is working hard with us both to help him with his anxiety. Nice friendly service.β
βUnfortunately, it's not the best time to review as our cat was very ill at the time of my visit. Very accommodating staff at the front desk and the vet was lovely too. Our cat was so ill that we had to put her to sleep. The vet and staff were very respectful. We had taken KitKat to the right place for the best help she could receive.β

βOn the three occasions I visited the Vicarage Cattery - to look around, to drop off my cat & finally to pick up, I was struck with how clean and fresh everywhere was. My cat was happy to return home but seems to have had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend here & will be using it again.β
βTom was outstanding as usual with Dotti, our Miniature Schnauzer (he calls her Tarty Pants), explains everything very well. Better treatment for our pets than my daughter received recently at UHCW. From now on, I'm going to identify as a Salt and Pepper Super Giant Schnauzer and get my owner (wife) to register me with Bilton Veterinary Centre for superior treatment.β
