   All the staff are very professional and caring; they understand how a sick animal is a major concern for owners. You can normally get an appointment the same day and you are given lots of information and advice during every consultation. I cannot fault the exceptional care (and importantly the patience) they afforded my family, when we had to have our glorious Stanley PTS. Thank you.

   Love everything about Godiva vets ... Their whole ethos, family and independence makes it a very special place. All the staff from reception to vets are amazing, particularly Ross! Ross is absolutely phenomenal, his love for our pets, his care etc is absolutely second to none. He's taken care of Stan since he was born and Stan gets so excited every time he sees him!!

   My appointment was with Vetenerian Connor Day twice who has been absolutely brillant during the appointment with my kitten misha. Explains everything thoroughly and in detail… doesnt rush the appointment ( i have been to other vets where they are very time limited and its been very rushed and want you out the door as soon as possible). Thank you for seeing Misha and helping her to the best of your ability. Excellent vets- 10/10. All Staff including the receptionists are very friendly and have a genuine care and love for the animals.

   What a wonderful vet practice! I rang with a query about my dog, was booked an appointment within a few hours which was amazing. We were seen straight away and the consultation with Conor was so thorough and my boy is booked in for surgery next week! The practice is modern and spotless and I’m comfortable going back next week!

   First time using this clinic and I have absolutely zero complaints. Front end staff were brilliant and the vetenary surgeon who oversaw the treatment was fantastic. Gentle with our pet and eased us through a difficult time with compassion. Definitely my go-to from now on should I need a vet

   We were with a practice that moved away from Coventry and decided to find a new local vet for our 5 dogs and 2 cats. I can only say we were so lucky I thought that our previous practice was good Godiva are SUPERB. When we took our pets in for initial check ups all of there notes had been read by the vets we met. We have had a 3 issues with our pets leading to operations. From the reception team to nurses and vet surgeons we have experienced A*** service for both our pets and us and at a great value. I would happily have given 10 stars out of 5. Thank you to the Godiva Team

   I had a very poorly 13 year old dog two weeks ago with pancreatitis. The veterinary care she received was exemplary. Because I found it very upsetting to get the medication in her, I took her in every day for the nurses to administer them for me. She is now stable and doing well against all odds. All I can say is that from the receptionist, nurses and Connor the vet she was treated with kindness and love. I feel like Christmas has come early and given the best present ever, my miracle dog Millie. So a very big thank you to all at Godiva veterinary Clinic.

   Very good practice to deal with, which includes all the staff. Always helpful on the phone, and dealing with Connor the vet is always a pleasure. The revamped building has been designed in a very good way, very airy and cat and dogs have separate area's.
