   Medivet binley is the best vet I've been to so far. They are so easy to get in contact with and our appointments have all gone smoothly. The staff are helpful and the vets are really experienced and care a lot about our rabbits, it makes us feel very relieved and at peace.

   A visit to Medivet , Binley Road for routine vaccinations. Pleasant waiting room and was called in on time. Lovely female vet, Gabriela, who engaged in conversation. A health check also carried out and vaccinations given. Easy to book appointments online too. Good experience.

   The team at Medivet has been amazing with my cat, Ziggy. Every visit, they’re gentle, patient, and genuinely caring. The vets take time to explain everything clearly and always make sure Ziggy is as comfortable as possible. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness—it’s clear they love what they do. I completely trust them with Ziggy’s care and highly recommend them.

   We have always been satisfied with Medivet Binley. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You can get appointments easily and the receptionist's are kind and respectful. The vets are very sensitive to your dogs needs and always explains in detail what the problem may be and are happy to answer any questions you may have

   Do not use this vet practice! They get people at the height of emotions and try to scam them out of outrageous amounts of money. I took my dog here for an emergency appointment as she was losing weight rapidly, not eating and had no energy, they inspected her told us she seems to have a temperature, proceeded to give her 2 injections, which ended up costing me £120 which is a horrendous money for 2 jabs. They then had a further look at her and told us that she could have something called Pyometra (a very serious and deadly infection in the womb) They told us that she would need emergency surgery the next day as left untreated it would have been deadly and gave us a estimation of over £2k which we had to accumulate overnight in time for her to have the surgery. As a young couple we didn’t have that amount money to just hand over so we told them we had to think about how we could get the money for our dog. We eventually was able to get her looked at at another practice and they were able to do it for a lot less with all medication included! We were told this type of surgery would only have cost up to £800. Don’t be fooled into thinking that your pets come first for these people, this practice is just a money machine and I dread to think the amount of vulnerable people fooled by them. Luckily our girl is all better and is having continuous care at a new place. Please think twice about coming here.

   Excellent vetinary practice. Kind friendly staff. Booked easily, and appointment on time. Clean rooms. Yearly injections, kennel cough spray, worm and flea treatments all done within 10 mins. Well done.

   I was yesterday with my 2 cats for a yearly check-up. The visit was very quick, only the auscultation of the heart has been done and nothing else. The vet was scared to touch my cats and wanted to finish the examination ASAP. I was thinking there are specialists in the clinic but looks to me more like amateurs. Waste of money. EDIT: Medivet has contacted me and invited us for another free-of-charge visit. This time we had a visit with a different vet - Gabriela. Completely different experience. Great person with a gentle attitude towards cats. All our concerns were very well explained and clarified. I hope will have a similar experience in future.

   My cat was at the vet three days ago. He had a castration procedure and instead of returning home healthy, he returned with fleas. The lady on reception said there was nothing they could do about it. I do not recommend avoiding this vet if you want your pet to be safe and healthy.
