   Thanks to all at Animals at Home North Warwickshire for the speedy and supportive service. Arranging for a vet to visit at such short notice to put Millie, my dog, to sleep at home saving her further suffering without the added stress to her of a visit to our normal veterinary practice made the whole process less traumatic. Millie fell to sleep without pain or stress in her home surrounding whilst I comforted her. From my first contact with Mandy, the home visit of Jon and Matt the vet to Verity who returned my pets ashes and mementoes we were treated with kindness, compassion and respect. Thanks to you all I could not have wished for more at such a difficult time.

   I lost my best friend, Tommy, 4 days ago. We couldn’t have chosen a more compassionate, calm, understanding, lovely team of people to deal so delicately with his passing. The final product is beautifully arranged, done with the highest quality - more than befitting for the deep loss we feel, which is immeasurable. We simply cannot recommend them enough.    I had to make the sad decision to say goodbye to Bany, my beautiful, old spaniel. He was 17 and a half and really struggling to stand and walk the last 2 days of his life. He was always scared at the vets so that was not an option for me. Animals at Home explained its euthanasia service and I chose to have a vet come to my home. I know the staff at Animals at Home and they have always been reliable and caring when I've needed dogs to be walked let out or fed. What a fantastic service!!! Verity arranged the time with the vet and she arrived early to explain again the process. She was caring and supportive and she was a real comfort to me. The vet, Alistair, was compassionate and kind to me and my dogs and was very gentle with Bany- taking all the time we needed. Verity stayed with me for a little while and it was like having my best friend here. John, who brought Bany's ashes home to me was lovely. They all helped to make a heartbreaking occasion as smooth and loving as it could be. I shall be grateful forever.

   Verity, Jon & Mandy were absolutely amazing!!! ❤️ They were so compassionate, caring and understanding at such a heart breaking time. Verity and her son who came to our home were amazing when we had to say good bye to our Boarder Collie, Lady loo. It was so important to my daughter, Holly and myself that Lady was comfortable and treated as we would with so much love, care and affection which she was. She passed so peacefully at home and was brought back to us by Verity & Jon. We cannot thank you enough for making this difficult time easier for us both and bring our Lady loo back home to us xxxx

   Jon & Verity have been absolute lifesavers in caring for our 2-year-old fox red Labrador! They are incredibly communicative, always keeping us informed and ensuring us that our furry friend is in safe hands. When we learned that their services included wedding chaperoning for dogs, we couldn't resist having Mango be a part of our special day—and it was the best decision! Jon & Verity, and their team, went above and beyond, sending us adorable behind-the-scenes photos of Mango before he joined us at the drinks reception. They expertly kept Mango calm and even helped him strike the perfect poses for our photographer! I highly recommend Jon & Verity's services to anyone looking for exceptional dog boarding or wedding chaperone services. Mango definitely loved being a part of our big day, thanks to their fantastic care! Love from the new Mr & Mrs Raymond x

   Jon looked after our 3 rescues at our house whilst we were away at a wedding. He went above and beyond updating us with pictures and providing updates via WhatsApp. Not only were our dogs in excellent care, he managed to get some pictures that a photographer would be proud of!    This is a really great service, which helped us out in an emergency. We needed assistance in transporting our semi-feral cat to a local vet and Animals at Home North Warwickshire came to the rescue. They helped us get her into her cat basket and to the vet. We were at our wits end after calling around multiple vets and trying to get a home visit so when we came across their details online we got straight onto them. We spoke to Mandy, who was really helpful and understanding of our situation. After we'd made a couple of calls to our local vet to establish appointment availability, our cat's transport was arranged. The process was smooth, calm and super efficient, which was exactly what we needed on a very challenging and stressful day. We would not hesitate to recommend them to people who have difficulty transporting their animals to vet appointments. Fabulous service, keep up the good work!

   We recently had to have our beloved boy, Bill put to sleep. We knew the day was coming as he had incurable cancer but you are never prepared for it. Thank goodness for Jonathan and Animals At Home Pet Care Services. They arranged for a vet to come to our house so our boy Bill didn’t have to leave his house and could pass peacefully surrounded by love and the boys on the sofa where he loved laying. They were so compassionate, everything was done slowly at our pace and they looked after our boy as they took him to be cremated, they reassured us and brought our boy back to us a few days later. We are heartbroken but we are so grateful for their exceptional service as this emotional time.

   A very big thank you to Jonathan and Verity who cared and supported us though the painful loss of our beautiful dog Teddy.Verity went the extra mile to support my husband at the vets as I was to heartbroken to go.She organised the pet crematorium and collected Teddy’s ashes, we knew he was in good hands. Would highly recommend these people due to there passion for animals.
