“Dave and Lindsay are the best hosts I have ever met. Always polite helpful and friendly. Hood lane is in a beautiful location with amazing views and beautifully kept gardens. They also host a variety of different events and activities such as yoga and craft fairs. All in all it's an amazingly beautiful place to visit that I would recommend to everyone wether for a walk or a coffee, an overnight stay or a wedding. Keep up the good work guys”

“Easy 5 stars, went out of their way to sort sourcing a prescription I had called at least 20 other pharmacies to try and arrange with no luck, and everyone I spoke to was very professional and kind. I was staff wrnt out of their way to help me out. Definite recommend.”

“What a lovely little shop and great owners! Went here for the first time on Saturday with my 60kg dog, to use their DIY Dog Wash. Was greeted warmly, then shown through to the dog wash area when it was ready. I was provided with shampoo, a dog 'shammy' for removing most of the water, and a drier. Additionally, some Dog Cologne to make him smell extra lovely. The facilities were in good order, clean and plenty of space. My dog appreciated a warm wash rather than a dog garden hose pipe wash!! Afterwards we had a chat, paid and left. An overall lovely experience. We will be back for the dog wash again and for the other facilities offered. Thank you! Noticed that there was a great variety of treats on offer, was glad my dog was muzzled as he would have snaffled the lot, haha.”

“I cannot recommend Ruffley’s enough, the treats are excellent quality and suit even the fussiest of doggos! Excellent customer service, good selection of goodies ranging from leads to dog beds. Do yourself (and more importantly your dogs) a favour and put an order in!”

“If your dog's a serious chewer then treat them to one of these. Our terrier has destroyed three 'indestructible' dog beds from other places but he hasn't made a dent in this in a month and he won't leave it alone! It's beautifully made and whisper it, made in the UK. As the icing on the cake, the guys who own the shop are lovely and actually give a damn about dogs. Oh, and no, we're not related to the owners - we've only met them once!”

“Alistair and the wonderful team at the Wilson’s looked after my cat, Jingles, for a number of years. Sadly, we lost Jingles a couple of weeks ago, Alistair came out to see us and helped her across the rainbow bridge. He was so good with her and made a heartbreaking day that little bit easier. I have always been so impressed by the Wilson’s professional, kind and compassionate care towards my animals and really can not recommend them highly enough.”

“Beautiful immaculately clean, homely property. Couldn't want for anything. Friendly and responsive hosts from booking up to and including post check out. Four ladies in their fabulous 40's had a wonderful retreat here, beds super comfy, well appointed kitchen and wonderful welcome hamper on arrival, so very thoughtful. Well located for a short car ride to leomington spa for a spot of retail therapy. Brilliant spacious hot tub, for resting those aches from the afore mentioned shopping trip :). Would recommend this home and the hosts to others. Thanks for a great stay”

Lovely environment clean and space for doggies to play after and before being 1 st time would definitely recommend and going to be regular user. He gives 110% to each groom on Annie and does a thorough job and we are always pleased. We are moving away from the area but are prepared to travel back three hours to continue to use Dan. “We have a very large Old English Sheepdog after 20 weeks of his coat not being clipped, he looked like a huge bear. Luke came to our rescue and welcomed us and our “bear”. Extremely professional and Toby was at ease with Luke straight from the start. To handle a large, boisterous dog like Toby the way Luke did was superb. We picked him up and couldn’t believe the difference. Fantastic cut and he smelt lovely. Toby was so happy and looked gorgeous. Thank you Luke”
