   I’ve been in this shop nearly every day, for well over 4 years. Super polite staff, and the gentleman I see most of the time always has a smile on his face and always either asks about my day, or cracks a joke if I bring cash (because I usually use my card). It’s little things like this that can add a bit of light to a bad day. Also, the store is always well organised/clean, has good pricing, and has a good range of products. :)

   Only use this shop for my yodel parcels when I absolutely have to. They are rude and unhelpful. Today I took a large parcel in that was well within the weight and size limits that I paid for but he refused to take it saying the yodel driver wouldn't accept it. My parcel was just under 10kg. I went into town to the newsagent and they took it without question. Because of this shop I will avoid using yodel

   Never liked the shop but use it when I have to. After today I won’t. Went to collect a parcel, shown him the bar code on my Phone, he just pointed to the back of the shop where I found a pile of parcels!!! I had to look through for my own parcel, that’s his job surely?? I found it and went to leave and he has the audacity to stop me and THEN ask me to see the bar code!!! Anyone could have stole them parcels! The sort of clientele I’ve seen in there; that has probably happened. I collect parcels from all different shops and areas that suit at the time but that is the worst parcel collection experience I’ve had. Hardly spoke, very rude, I feel parcels are a burden to them and they’re only interested if you’re spending your money in there. Rather go without from now on.

   First time ever stepping foot inside this shop, and will never use this shop again!! Guy behind the counter very rude and unhelpful. I went in to collect a parcel tonight, I went to the counter to ask for my parcel the guy just grunted and pointed towards the back of the shop, thinking there was another counter at the other end of the shop I walked down to find all the parcels on the floor in the middle of the shop. I selected my parcel and took it to the counter so that the guy behind the counter could scan it, I use another shop constantly to collect parcels, they scan the parcel and then check my driving license to match the details. The guy asked me for a bar code, I don’t have one, I received a message on my phone earlier in the day to say my parcel had been delivered to this shop please go to the shop to collect, no bar code in sight!!!! So Mr shop keeper, you can leave parcels all over the floor in the middle of the shop for anyone to pick up and walk off with but you can’t let me have my parcel when I have my driving license and bank cards matching the name on the parcel!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!
