Hotel was located really close to the station which was great for me. Hotel itself looked clean and staff were polite and mostly helpful. Unfortunately the room they allocated to me was damaged and in my view should not have been an active room available to be booked. The ceiling of the room was damaged with a crack running through part of it and a layer of plaster or whatever missing. The mirror in the bathroom was also damaged and needed to be replaced. I reported this on the night of arrival. They sent someone to have a look and said oh they were aware of this and a new window was on order and they would get someone in to fix the ceiling. That's great news for them but why would you offer this room to a paying customer. The initial person I spoke with seemed to mention a chance of a room change but that was not offered again when the room was inspected the next morning. Disappointing that for some reason my money spent to book this room wasn't enough to justify a proper room.

The rooms are pretty standard. I want to be able to switch off electrical equipment at night to sleep deeper, and it's not possible. However, they provided an extra cover on a cold night. And, this is very important, every single staff member I engaged with was lovely. Very very kind and very helpful. Really. I'd go back for them.

I chose to stay here instead of at the NEC hotel, for my visit to the Classic Motor Show. The price for my one night including breakfast was very reasonable. All the staff I met were friendly and professional. My room was clean, tidy and complete with a large shower room and comfy bed. The evening meal and breakfast exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this Ibis to anyone wanting to stay in the area or visit the NEC. Itβs only a 10 minute walk to the station, a short train ride to Birmingham International and then another short walk into the exhibition centre.

Really clean hotel room, great shower! Double bed was comfy but was two beds together so not full five stars as not as comfy as one double. What was ace was the lovely welcome I had when I arrived, and how the staff sorted me into my room early so I could work. The desk and wifi are great for working. The staff also put our rooms next to each other which was great for our little group. Such friendly staff and helpful. Great location for walking in to Coventry. Easy to get to location with parking- super easy! All round- value for money and a lovely stay!

I recently stayed at Ibis Coventry Hotel, and it offers a simple yet comfortable experience. The rooms are quite minimalβalmost like student accommodationβwith just a bed, bathroom, table, and TVβbut that simplicity works well for a short stay. Despite the basic setup, the room felt cozy and functional, providing everything needed for a relaxed visit. The environment throughout the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind after a day out. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful whenever I had questions. While itβs not a luxury hotel, Ibis Coventry provides a practical, comfortable, and no-fuss stay. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxed environment in Coventry, especially if youβre just looking for a clean, simple, and convenient place to rest.

Me and my partner have stayed here 4 times now. Every time we have stayed here we've had a great time. The location is pretty good in the centre of Coventry. It's not far from anything really. You can commute to Leamington Spa or Warwick rather easily by car in 20 minutes. All in all we will be back due to the great rates. The rooms are always nice and comfortable. We have never had the breakfast here so can't really comment on that. The staff do their best to accommodate all of your needs.

The hotel is very decent and has everything you expect from a budget hotel. We didnβt have any real issues except that we felt some rooms need more airflow. The bathrooms are weird and look they are train bathrooms. The cost of the rooms however is very expensive for what you get. Rooms are at 100Β£/night for a budget hotel in Coventry, madness.

The room was good sized, neatly kept, with a clean and good sized bathroom. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very nice staff. Only issue was the AC. Either I didn't use it correctly or that it is faulty-it was heating the room when actually I wanted it to cool (forgot to mention to the staff). It's a very good option for the price.
