“The Cat Lounge is a great cat cafe! I've been there several times over the past 3 years and it has never disappointed. It's worth mentioning that it's pay by every 5 min. That's not for everyone but it's not bad for an animal cafe. They have a great selection of drinks and desserts. The coffee comes free with a long enough stay! I think it was 30 min but I'm not entirely sure. Both cats and staff are lovely. They have a few different breeds and all of them lead to an increased dopamine. Most cats avoid pets but just admiring them is enough.”

“I was very lucky to find myself at the Coundon House for an evening. I stayed in Room 1 double with an en-suite and it was bliss! Everything I could have needed and a very relaxing and homely stay. Breakfast was wonderful and Regina was very welcoming. Thank you for a fab stay!”

“Very helpful practice, I arrived unannounced, with a cat in my arms, which I thought may be lost. They immediately assessed the cat, checked for a microchip(which it unfortunately didn’t have) and then leant me a pet carrier to take it back in. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I later found out who the owner was and the cat was reunited with them, so that is a happy ending. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, which is sometimes not shown in this day and age.”

While I was waiting for my dog’s prescription, the vet actually came out personally to tell me that the medication was available online at a cheaper price. I have a goldendoodle so grooming is important for his breed but my dog is not a fan of being groomed even at home he won't let us groom him in certain areas like his face. They're so patient and understanding! They always try there best to make him feel at ease and comfortable while doing the best cut they can :) Thanks to their patience and taking there time over the past few months, they've built up enough trust with him for him to let them do a full groom even in the areas he doesn't usually let anyone touch. I couldn't believe it! He also loves the fusses and treats he gets while he's there! I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend particularly if you have a slightly nervous dog.”

“Lovely little gem of place just on the path of a canal and run by a small attentive team and seems rather popular . Not vast on the inside but does have a covered outdoor section to the side, really feels cosy surrounded by various interesting canal related items which can be purchased . The menu is straightforward consisting of breakfast / lunch type items which is freshly prepared and the quality is really good along with various takeaway bits near the counter. Just loved it and was really wonderful .”

“Great location on edge of Warwick campus, next to old church and backing onto farmland. Easy parking, and keys left at private entrance with note for each guest/booking. Small but nicely furnished room with decent en-suite shower. Bagged continental breakfast, generous and tasty and left outside door at exactly time I asked for. Good selection of coffee and tea. Not the best soundproofing between rooms but adequate for my needs. Would book here again.”

“Modern hotel nice rooms. Comfy bed. Used the restaurant for evening meal, the curry of the day was recommended by Mukesh he was attentive without being intrusive and the curry was excellent. The restaurant had a pleasant ambience staff very good and polite.”

“Such a wonderful zoo ! The animals are very well kept, information boards are genuinely interesting and seasonal decorations plentiful. It took us 4.5hrs to visit (including lunch), and we could easily have stayed longer if we also indulged in a bit of soft play or outdoor play. A must see for any family in the area looking for a day out.”
