Great kennels, Our 3 dogs absolutely love being there, The staff are just wonderful and always so helpful.
Both of our spaniels boarded here whilst we were on our honeymoon for 19 days and we cannot thank the team at Banbury Boarding Kennels enough! When we dropped them off, neither of them looked back and strolled very happily into the kennels. When we picked them up, they both looked very happy, which my husband and I were thrilled to see! You always feel a somewhat guilty leaving your dogs in kennels however this is the third time our dogs have boarded here and each time they’ve been happy to go into the kennels with the team and then bright and bubbly on collection!
I was really disappointed with the experience at this kennel. From the start, the welcome was quite hostile and not at all warm or reassuring, which immediately put me on edge. Later I was told they wouldn’t have Bella back because she was “too solitary” and “a bit snappy.” This is very unlike her, and it left me wondering whether she was given the care and understanding she needed while she was there. Bella can be a little anxious at first, but with patience and kindness she always comes around and shows her loving nature. Sadly, I don’t feel this kennel took the time to support her in that way.
I have been using the kennels for a number of years. My two dogs seem to love being in the kennels which is well staffed by delightful girls who always welcome the dogs each time I take them. The kennels are well appointed and run very efficiently. I have no hesitation to highly recommend
We’ve been taking our Labrador Chester to this kennel for about a year and a half and I couldn’t be more impressed. Firstly, we are always welcomed with a smile. I often come whilst staff are out playing with one of the dogs, and they even know Chester before I get him out of the car. When I collect him I’m always told how he’s been during his stay, and it comes across that they genuinely care. Reasonably priced and gives us great peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands whilst we’re away.
Delightful attentive & commutative welcome & departure. 2 woofs shared a kennel for 5 nights & came out as happy as they went in!!
We left our 2 dogs as an emergency and I could've not been happier with the results. I'm glad we found this place my dogs were very happy and well treated. Will be booking next time I need it.
I cannot sing this boarding facility praises enough! They are absolutely remarkable.They are simply angels. Some people are born to take care animals. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my German Shepard Maximus was well taken care for a month and worked with me on any concerns I had with my pet. The owner Denise is just fabulous and outstanding. Her staff is equally amazing and so loving and kind. I would recommend this facility 1000x over! It is safe and clean and overall a beautiful boarding service. Thank you so much for all that you guys have done for my pet, we are beyond happy and ecstatic.
