Beautiful house. Felt very homely. Nice touch of little hamper as a welcome. Great information book with loads of data of local shops, Pubs, takeaways and things to do. Kitchen was well equipped. Tea towels and washing up liquid provided. Bedrooms were good sized and beds were comfy. Bathrooms spotless. We made use of the hot tub too! Towels provided for both showering and hot tub. Ideal base for us as we were attending a family wedding at Warwick House. Great communication with owners who live next door!! Would we come back. In a heartbeat!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.
The ambience of this house was very calming. On arrival there was a hamper of goodies, which was really appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. We felt looked after by the owners who were close by to assist with any questions. Would highly recommend this house - it has everything you need for a short, quiet and relaxing stay. We will be back.
Beautiful immaculately clean, homely property. Couldn't want for anything. Friendly and responsive hosts from booking up to and including post check out. Four ladies in their fabulous 40's had a wonderful retreat here, beds super comfy, well appointed kitchen and wonderful welcome hamper on arrival, so very thoughtful. Well located for a short car ride to leomington spa for a spot of retail therapy. Brilliant spacious hot tub, for resting those aches from the afore mentioned shopping trip :). Would recommend this home and the hosts to others. Thanks for a great stay
House was a home away from home. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Welcome hamper was a kind touch. Hot tub was fab and enjoyed by us all. The host was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property, we were very impressed.

Very well appointed 4 bedroom property which suited our 7 adult 2 infant family well. 2 bedrooms have windows which overlook the side and rear of the property 2 bedrooms & bathroom have velux windows to provide light. The host provided a welcome pack which included a bottle of prosecco (thank you) and a useful information pack on the surrounding area. The property was very clean and warm (handy for our visit in January). There is a hot tub which we did not use but was cleaned for us during our stay. Over all a nice place to stay and I would return if we were staying near Leamington again.
Had a lovely stay for 4 nights, very well equipped spotlessly clean. Very good communication received from the owners. We stayed with small children and were offered additional high chair which was very useful. Very nice hot tub which was checked dailey and fully cleaned and emptied before use by the next guests. Highly recommended
The fabulous house has everything you need and more. We stay here to attend a wedding in Warwick House. It's in a great location and a short walk to the village where the locals are friendly and the food is nice. The house itself is spacious and clean. The hot tub is to die for and the owners are lovely. Its an absolute must!!!! X
